NOW ONTO CHAT 😊
WELL 😊 if you are reading this on the last day of December 2024 as I always have sent my Newsletter out on the last day of EVERY month then enjoy today. We cannot turn time backwards! It is my last day of eating solid food for 12 days as I have chosen to clean the inside of my body with The Master Cleanse. Now talking about that it has definitely created me to see ONCE AGAIN LOL that people do not value ‘FREE’. I say this many times but let me cover this instance. In September I started asking if anyone wanted to join me via Zoom. I then sent out all information on this to my complete email list. Since it is via Zoom anyone anywhere could join. Basically, I said I would on every day during the cleanse and then every Sunday with raw food advice etc. etc. To make this story shorter 12 people signed up. Also telling me how little people want great health 😊 I have a couple of thousand on my emailing list.
On the day of the Information Zoom call I had heard from 2 people who asked for a recording as they could not attend the info. session. At 6pm on December 18th TWO people were online. This meant that EIGHT completely ignored any type of ‘I am sorry I have changed my mind’ OR ‘I cannot make this’. So, I removed these eight people from the group list.
Next as I had told the remaining four people I sent out the manual number One and will now see if all four show up on Zoom for the cleanse. Oh, and I heard from another two of the eight AFTER the information session took place. Never ever will I offer ‘free’ anymore. People do not value free.
I also know this from corporate events. Now I get paid by the companies for corporate events so do not think I do not get paid LOL BUT for all the people who sit and get a mini read it is free for them. I have been doing corporate events for years now and in all honestly I think I have had two people from these events who came for full reads at my office. I am NOT complaining here at all. I am just stating facts as I note over the years that anything that is free is never really appreciated by many folks.
AND 😊 I now move into 2025 with HUGE plans on my plate so to speak. Using the Personal Year Seven to enhance my life as I do for every ‘season‘ as I like to call the Personal years. Look below in my Spiritual Column and you will find the link to look for your own Personal year and set the goals that are offered under your own Personal year 😊 I highly advise you to read Personal Year One no matter what Personal year you are entering so that you truly understand why I use a ‘garden’ in my analogies of the Personal years.
But know I am leaving my Personal Year Six now that had offered me home, hearth, family and balance. Anything that I wanted to get decorated in the home etc. this year was the best to do that. The Universe also says ‘if by October you have not balanced anything that needs balancing we will do it for you’ 😊
So, I bought the remaining things I wanted for my home. I bought a GREAT set of frying pans and wok [high end] for the kitchen. I bought awesome bed sheets in a burnt orange for my bed. I installed the Hunter Douglas blinds in my bedroom so that they open and close via an app on my phone. I decorated the balcony with crystals, bought a long cushion for my deck chair, added a bird bath next to the bird feeder, bought two planters, bought tons of soil and refreshed the garden with it. I bought new shoe inserts from certified doctors for feet. [ to balance my body] 😊 Lastly I paid off in full, the furniture I had deferred in payment for 18 months that I bought in 2023 as I gave my couch and TV to my granddaughter when she bought their condo in Vancouver 😊
A ton more things were balanced in the family areas and all in all 2024 has left me VERY pleased with how I handled the energy of Season Six and how the Universe brought in more balance at the end of the year 😊 And to add, business was fantastic but I did overspend on things but will make up that area next year 😊 The Seven year you do NOT spend.
Now I move to Season Seven as I mentioned and will ONLY use this energy for inner spiritual enlightenment. So, I start the 2025 year with a 12-day cleanse and then I am planning to go ‘raw’ food wise for the balance of the year. I will of course talk about this in each monthly newsletter.
I have as I stated I would, taken off my insurance and the van sits in my garage till April 😊
BUT!! Let’s cover December as it simply flew by! I started working out November 29th. I do have a gym in my basement. I started with a 1.6 km [ that is one mile] walk on the treadmill, then 100 sit ups, then my vibrational machine that sets the programs for 12 minutes and lastly I hang upside down on the inversion machine. Starting this month I will be adding yoga [that I recorded on Zoom] in my basement room that is now my yoga room. I will add an additional meditation so upping to twice a day. Naturally the massage chair will be sat in and used.
The theme of this season is ‘You will get what you need, maybe not what you want’. I will gleefully see what the Universe feels I ‘NEED’. It is not a material year so other than birthdays and 2025 Christmas I will NOT be buying any material things at all.
Funny, in 1998 that was a Season Seven for me and the circumstances in my life created me leaving Montreal and driving across Canada to land up in Edmonton, Alberta where life has been nothing short of a ‘miracle’. Season Seven is always interesting. I also wrote a book on the move, miracles etc. I wrote it to show people that sometimes life is NOT a series of letting you down, it is a series of ‘this is not the place to live anymore’. Back to December and what closed off 2024. I only had one office read before December 3rd and then I left for Grande Prairie. I listened to the weatherman LOL and decided yup, I think he is correct about this storm coming. What is an extra day at the hotel? Better than fighting the icy roads. So instead of the Wednesday I left Tuesday. Roads were AWESOME, snow started about 60km outside of GP, but I made it safely to my hotel. I actually enjoyed that early arrival as I got to rest, eat and enjoy. Then on Wednesday when most vendors are driving to GP I went over to the show and set up. And man oh man, did I call that correctly. Vendors were arriving and saying, ‘what a drive’. Most took 2-3 hours MORE than the regular time. Some cancelled and some landed in the ditches. I kid you not. Weather for the show? All 3 days was AMAZING. People came out and the show was a huge success for many. My income was down from 2023 BUT!! It rivalled 2022. The drive home?? HORRENDOUS!! It snowed all of the Saturday night from GP to Edmonton. I left GP Sunday morning and let’s just say I will call it another drive from hell LOL. I did write about it on Facebook. However, China and I arrived safely and celebrated the LAST show of 2024 by just resting and knowing that I would be home till April 😊 Just doing office reads. ‘Tis now my winter rest time. Man, it feels GREAT 😊
Next, knowing I was hunkering down till April I stocked up with cat food, finished up the balance of the Christmas shopping and stopped at this new VEGAN completely 😊 burger joint. Now I am not a burger lover. And even with the vegan burger and onion rings I knew I would not be eating them again. The chocolate milkshake was to die for. It reminded me of Harvey’s a fast-food place in Montreal that I would literally have one of their milkshakes every day. However, I prefer fresh healthy food and so does my body.
Then back to Earls on the 11th with my son for a lovely lunch this time as he took some time off from his hectic work schedule 😊 Kept up with my working out and then on the 14th I had a House Party for the second time out in Beaumont. A bunch of lovely ladies once again 😊 Then it got busy again reading wise. Every day I had bookings and on the 18th parked the van after doing a final lottery run, grocery run and last pick up on stocking gifts 😊 I have been home since then 😊 LOVING EVERY MINUTE of this 4 ½ month sabbatical. And to my great delight, booked right to the 30th of December 2024 daily with office reads😊
On the 23rd I had my son, my grandchildren and their spouses over for supper that I cooked and served 😊. PLUS, Remi, a nearly one year old dog that my granddaughter Kirsten fell in love with and decided she would live with them. China handled her well by ignoring her. Remi? All she wanted was to play with China, but I could not risk China attacking her as she does not like to be bugged LOL. Then we opened ALL the gifts and stockings. Man oh man, other than two gifts that thanks to Canada Post I still do not have I got tons. A lovely housecoat, a purple blanket, vegan chocolates from Purdy’s 😊 [all gone now], soap, pens, Nike socks, a really nice flask that is supposed to keep drinks cold or hot and best of all a hydroh bottle. What is that? It creates hydrogen water. 😊 I posted a video on my FB page in case you wish to see it in action. THEN!! I had Christmas Eve all to myself and on Christmas Day it was decided that I would cook breakfast instead of going out. AND 😊 two more gifts arrived with my son, grandson, granddaughter and her spouse. What were they? None other than a fantastic set of cutlery and a 10-piece dishware set. I now have plates, side plates, soup bowls, dessert dishes and tons of spoons for serving etc. etc. Yes, I need that badly 😊 Cooked brekkie for everyone and then we all moved to the lower area and the boys watched the football game while chatting in between. And lastly on the 26th Boxing Day my other granddaughter who I have not seen in ages came over with my two great [yes great] grandchildren, a one-year-old boy named after my son Emmett and a two-year-old girl named Alison. Her hubby joined us and also my granddaughter and her spouse from Vancouver. 😊 Again, I cooked, lunch this time with leftovers from the Christmas dinner and then sat around and chatted till mid afternoon. A lovely holiday time was had by me 😊
Now other than a Zoom read and bookings tomorrow and Monday I am heading into the peace and quiet that I so love. BUT!! Trust me by April I will be ready to head out and join the world once more. As I hunker down I will read books I have ordered, and as I stated go into inner work of the soul and all that the energy can strengthen. PLUS 😊 with raw food the body heals so I look forward to seeing what changes within and out. Out? Yes, on raw foods the eyes change color and strengthen, the skin clears up any unneeded spots, age marks etc. etc.
Ahhhhhh yes and of course I rested in the evening as I always do so here are my NETFLIX views. I finished Ransom and enjoyed that show on TV and still enjoyed it on Netflix, Then Our Little Secret with Lindsay Lohan. I gave it an 8/10. Then Daddys Home 2 given a 7/10. I watched some comedy hour long special with a fellow named Anthony ????? and gave it a 7/10. Then Meet Me Next Christmas that I gave 8/10 to. I do enjoy the Christmas movies at this time of year I should add 😊 Started watching Black Doves that had 6 episodes, and I think if it had more I would have stopped! Gave it a 4/10. Then watched La Brea. Gave that 10/10. Then a movie called Carry-On. 7/10. Wasted time watching La Palma. The acting was TERRIBLE, but the storyline was interesting. 6/10. Then A Merry Gentlemen another Christmas movie. 😊 Given 7/10. Then I watched The Sky with Melissa McCarthy and one of my favorite actors Jason Statham and gave it a 9/10.Watched another comedy special with Ronny Chieng Love to Hate and gave it 6/10. Then I watched The Biggest Heist a true story about a crypto currency heist with the theft being done via a hack. Gave it a 7/10. Lastly I have started watching Psych. It is 8 Seasons with about 14 episodes per season!!! I am on Season 2 right now.
AND groceries?? Well since I am going raw and also not eating food for the first 12 days I kept this in mind but also shopped for food for the family since I hosted. Bananas, vegan butter, broccoli, cauliflower, green peas, kale, smoked tofu, vegan milk, tons of lemons, [need for my fasting] raw sugar, vegan yogurt, avocados, celery, dried cranberries, green apples, just egg, potatoes, coconut milk, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, veggie sausages, and keeping in mind I also had some stocking gifts in here it all came to $422.47. [that included food for the family that I do not eat but cooked for them 😊]
And that my friends is the end of 2024. Do not forget to scroll down to the Spiritual Column and get your correct energy season and prep your life for the growth you CAN if you CHOOSE to, create and enjoy. If you are saying ‘I just made it through 2024’ then you are not trying hard enough to find the PURPOSE of the life journey. Trust me on that, I had to search, trust, change and then follow the path. Miracles were created and today I only feel peace, tranquility and joy. AND!! I did it all by myself 😊 I met people on the way who guided me or helped me make choices, but the work was done by ME 😊 Life is about finding the purpose, not holding yourself back and only feeling joy because of whatever you feel other people need to feed you. Feed yourself joy, it comes from within and can be strengthened only by meditation. And truly surfaces when you do not eat murdered flesh. 😊

I had two subjects I wanted to write about and since the postal strike has been forced out of existence I will start with the 25% tariff as that is all I hear about on the news. A scared bunch of government Liberals all talking about something that HAS NOT happened yet, and I highly doubt it will. BUT!!! Let us look at the reason behind the demand.
All Donald Trump is saying that he would like the borders secured. Why? Terrorists and fentanyl are his reasons. I see nothing wrong with this. He is NOT saying ‘25% tariff on all goods coming into the USA, he is saying ‘secure your borders as I am going to be doing OR I will hit you where it hurts.’. That’s all.
I then see our weak-minded PM doing NOTHING!! Yet all the Premiers set up a meeting to discuss the borders. NOT the tariffs. Our Premier set about undertaking a plan immediately to secure our Montana border. She will attend the inauguration of Donald Trump. All done in a respectable way and I can assure you that all this hype about tariffs will not happen. It might if our borders are ignored but even though it is a FEDERAL responsibility we have a Premier who is undertaking the work in a provincial way and will most likely ask for compensation later rather than waiting. BUT!! As a person who is now 71 years of age all I see in the human race is greed, greed, greed for material things and thus Donald Trump has announced a tariff that hurts in the money sense. BUT!! It will not happen.
Now bubble head Freeland quit. Hooray. Trump hates her anyway. As most of the country does too. I cannot believe that the Liberal party at this time of writing [December 22, 2024] is talking about Trudeau stepping down and her being voted in!! Gad I hope not. Yet 11 days ago the NDP could have stood with the Conservatives and taken down the government, but they did not. NOW!!! ELEVEN days later they announce with flair that “oh yes, now is the time for the government to be taken down and elections called”. Why? Typical of the NDP.
Lethbridge???? Are you nuts? The only good thing I can say about your election was the UCP got more votes than last time, but you voted in the NDP with Nenshi as its leader?? GAD!!! Can you not see how nasty he is? Look at his remarks to Danielle Smith our GREAT provincial leader of our GREAT province and not once has she insulted him. What did he say? As per usual he taunted her with “see Danielle, Alberta wants NDP leadership not yours” or something to that effect.
Yet all I see with our fantastic leadership now is borders being looked after, health areas being created, housing being built, addiction centres being built, and taxes will be looked at. Yes, there is more to come, and it would be nice to have the electricity and insurance looked at, but I am sure that will come. She appears to be looking after bigger things that the UNhealthy deem she should. I think unhealthy people should look after their own health FIRST with proper food and only then should they have the right to complain. But as I wrote about above ‘free’ makes everyone believe they are entitled to overeat, get fat, become unhealthy and then DEMAND care. Smokers are the same. “I smoke because I want to” they say with glee. Oh, I have lung cancer now I DEMAND care and will complain about the wait. And so it goes.
If you cared about health eat properly, work out daily, meditate for the balance of emotions and enjoy life. If people ate, worked out and meditated like I do DAILY, doctors would be out of business. I kid you not 😊
Let’s just have an election PLEASE and have someone who will get along with Donald Trump who I believe will do a fantastic job this time around. First he will stop the Ukraine/Russia war. Note that in his last four-year term NO WARS were undertaken?? People seem to forget that. Also, it looks like Americans want a straight talking, no bullshit person at the helm. He did get a majority just like the Conservatives will in the 2025 election of our Country. I look forward to it 😊
POSTAL STRIKE: Another instance of the weak-minded Prime Minister who runs our country allowing this for one whole month. Who did it affect? ONLY small businesses that the PM hates anyway. Why wait a whole month and then force them back to work? BUT?? Why did they strike at Christmas knowing it would only affect a small number of businesses. Small ones that depend on the sales to keep them going for most of the next year? Thanks Canada Post. Yes, I am affected in my order of my books that I ship only to Canadian orders that is stuck somewhere. No tracking as my print on demand charges double the cost of books for that. My Amulet Kits orders? I only had one request for a refund but still! Luckily all other orders I had are being mailed January 2nd, 2025, as I believe it to be in my customers best interests to allow the back log to taken care of first. I do not need my USA customers Amulet Kits lost. And I am still waiting for two Christmas gifts to arrive.
So, thanks Canada Post for the lack of thinking about what this would do to small businesses who cannot afford courier companies. Next time do better.
CAT COSTS
Cat Costs: I am sure I have mentioned it enough LOL as I am using the Spiritual year [7] to rest inside and also save money on my insurance. Therefore, much was stocked up on so that I survive till April. China was no exception 😊
As most know I have TONS of tinned food and now she is eating that for free. If you recall I bought out a pet health store in tinned food with 60 to 70% off last September. [2023] NOW 😊 I have saved tons of money as China is still here and very healthy 😊

Onto the months stock up at PetSmart. Kitty litter was bought. 2- 28 lbs bags of clumping litter at $103.40. Churu tubes that she LOVES and gets one per day. I bought 2 jars with 50 tubes in each priced at also $103.40 plus her temptations treats that came to $30.00. Then down to the Tail Blazers pet health store that I now shop at to get raw food. I still have quite bit, so I only needed Red Dog/Blue Kat that she gets nightly. Pack of 6 came to $65.94 and I also bought 2 packs of Tiki treats at $7.49 each. With GST the health store came to $84.95.

This is for one cat in case you are thinking of getting one. I am very lucky that as she ages, she is one of the rare cats that has stayed in GREAT health. I attribute this to good food, her daily exercise, and never having had any vaccines. Plus, the HUGE amount of love I give her.

If you are thinking of getting a pet please know that from the cute stage, they grow with a personality to the adult stage. Animals feel unconditional love from their souls. They get attached and used to their homes. If you cannot give up 12-18 years and maybe longer, do NOT get a pet. It is not a companion till you find a mate, have a child, or decide to move to an apartment that will not allow pets, it is a companion for life. They also need dental care, checkups, and GOOD food. Not this cheap, no-nutrient food that I see so many people buy. Your pets will suffer later just as you would if all you ate was junk.
Look at rescue places for loving animals. These pets will not only be grateful, it's almost like they know you saved them and love and adore you for it. Think before you add to your life. Can you give this type of commitment? If the answer is yes then enjoy looking for your new companion. Think older if you can, for some reason, older pets are harder to re-home and they are much sadder as they wait not knowing what it was they did to be removed from their homes.

Start of 2025. Let us set the correct Season.
This is actually my favorite subject to write about. And every January I give my readers the opportunity to look up their ‘season’ as I like to call your Personal years and choose wisely to activate life. Many DO NOT!! LOL.
A year passes by extremely quickly and I fail to understand why people cannot stick to a theme. A season that is offering the correct energies [time] to place life in order.
Let’s look at nature. The other areas of ‘non man made’ life. ALL of nature, whether it be insects, animals, trees, flowers etc. adhere to energy changes. In human translation that is what we term ‘time’. BUT!! No part of nature looks at a calendar and says, ‘oh it is time’ NO!! they listen to the call of nature, the change within the energy that keeps the non-man-made areas in survival. And other than the human species the rest of the non-man-made lives use energy shifts.
We have these too if only humans would slow their pace of living and guide themselves with wisdom not ’’want, want, want”. 😊
About 2600 years ago, Pythagoras showed us the PERSONAL seasons that are formed from our birthdate. A date you cannot change!! Many years ago, I studied his works and said to myself ‘holy cow, that makes so much sense’. I then jumped on the bandwagon of my personal seasons and created my life according to my coded time frame from my birthdate and the year we live in.
You can view yours and jump on the bandwagon too if you like. Keep in mind that life is simple if you understand the secret coding to the numbers. BUT!!!! Also knowing that each season brings us the same as nature. A time to seed, a time to germinate [and not all seeds germinate] a time to create, a time to foundate the joys of what we started to build. Then a nice easy year of everything taking care of itself, then the home, hearth and balance season, then a lovely curl up inside and keep the focus on the internal build, then the HARVEST. The Universe rewards you for the seasons of dedication. And then we get to clear the clutter. Then we have the next NINE-YEAR time frame of doing it again.
Now why NINE?? First nine is the number of completion. Anything you multiply by 9 and then add up the answer to a single digit will ALWAYS be 9. Example: 3 x 9=27 2+7=9. 9 X 9=81. 8+1= 9. Try any number and multiply it by 9 and add the answer to a single digit and it will ALWAYS be 9. That is why we call it the number of completion.
Now, think about this. From the age of 1 to 9 we worship our parents and believe all we are told. 😊 Then from 9-18 we learn Santa Claus is not real and oh me oh my parents are embarrassing at times. Then we become an adult and build our own choices that create our own lives. BUT!!! Let’s go there. 18-27/28-36/37-45/46-54/55-63/64-72 and lastly 73-81. Now most of use go home or as I like to say ‘depart from the physical body’ around 81 BUT!! The point I am trying to make here is this. Look at the number of 9-year cycles we have. If you include the 1-9 and then 9-18 we have NINE cycles. But let us delete the first two cycles since we are not yet in total control of our lives. We have SEVEN 9-year cycles, and the number SEVEN is the spiritual number. The 7 Angels, the 7 wonders of the world, the 7 days of the week etc. etc. So according to the secret hidden coded map of Numerology created by Pythagoras 2600 years ago we have SEVEN attempts moving through to enlightenment created by the actions we choose to activate. WHEN you activate in the CORRECT season you create the life you most likely chose to learn from and get into a higher cycle of energy. Most stay dormant mainly because they do not believe, eat terribly and hold a heavy energy from food, or like many I speak with say ‘I am too busy’!! Well one day that busyness will not matter any more and even if you come back to your next life you do not remember anything from the past lives. LOL. It is created as such so why do you find the words you so proudly state ‘I am too busy’ worthy of anything? Time is energy and energy gives you the choice to program yourself to enlightenment and if you ‘LISTEN’ to your TRUE season the purpose is shown.

Trust me as I move into every ‘season’ with glee and a PLAN. 2025 for me is my Spiritual year. My Season 7. You will get what you NEED maybe not what you WANT is the theme behind the Spiritual year BUT!! What will never cease to amaze me is the fact that 27 years ago circumstances in Montreal, Quebec create my move to Edmonton, Alberta. I TRULY got what I needed in that Season SEVEN and was guided all the way here. Where my life has THRIVED 😊
I have already formed some of my plan for this season. January 1st, 2025 brings a cleansing of the inner physical body using The Master Cleanse. From January 1st to April 2025 my van is sitting in the garage while I dedicate my energy to meditation twice a day, ONLY raw foods, massage daily that I do now anyways 😊, and a complete relaxation of letting go of any need of the material. I will cover my actions as I do every month but know it is all created to enlighten the energy of life in a spiritual way. Building my intuition to its maximum height so that 2026 I will recognize my harvest 😊 More on that later. [in 2026]
For now, as I see so many people complaining about life being hard have you ever chosen to sit still and figure out what YOUR OWN actions are that are causing you to think this way? Maybe it is the season you are NOT activating properly? Would you plant carrot seeds in January in Alberta OR any other areas that have frozen soil? NO, you would not, so just like nature you have the time to activate the correct actions.
I wrap this up now as you are either a believer or not. If not, stop complaining and start to change yourself. You are the only energy in human form who is creating the negativity of whining all the time. Snap out of it and follow life the way it is planned out. Look at nature, rarely is it wrong 😊

VcToria's Vegan Kitchen
As I have stated and wrote about above I am doing the master cleanse for the first 12 days of 2025.
Therefore, all I will say is that as I break the fast and have my yearly supply of high-quality FRESH nuts all packaged and put in my freezer I now will be making almond milk every morning and adding a banana or perhaps fresh mango to create a milkshake that of course is raw. As I have stated many times 2025 will be my raw food year to cleanse my body and renew the inner workings of the physical miracle that the soul resides in. 😊
ALMOND MILK 1 cup of raw almonds to 5-6 cups of water. Blend in a high speed blender. [Vitamix etc] and then use a milk bag to squeeze the pulp out. Put one cup of the milk back into the blender with a banana or any type of fruit. Blend and drink.
Next Month: Most likely raw cheese or perhaps raw onion bread but the bread needs a dehydrator. Raw food is not RAW per se lol, it is cooked so that the enzymes are still in existence. 😊 If you had joined the offer of the Master Cleanse and raw food journey all this would have been explained and sent to you 😊 BUT!! I will not be repeating my offer based on what I wrote under ‘chat’ 😊
