November just flew by, and Christmas is near 😊
I ended October with my winter tires being installed by my mobile guy on the 31st and the then a Zoom read that came in from Grande Prairie. She had gone looking for me at the Woman’s Show and then called me. Sadly, I dropped the Women’s Show due to the shorter hours and in a small show like that there was now a second psychic always being added and no matter what they always undercut me. In small shows when I see that two are not needed I quit the show. BUT!!! Lo and behold when I am not there the clients reach me. This one requested Halloween night and I obliged 😊
Then the most AMAZING corporate event was held at the Shaw Conference Center on November 1st by an event planner who truly knows what she is doing. The theme was Circus, and the charity was for Casa who had hired them to plan and execute. They hired me and needed one other psychic and of course my buddy who I have worked with for years now, was to my great delight, available. They fed us and I do have to say there was vegan food all nicely marked. BUT!! I do know mainly if we get fed I will be getting salad, so I tucked a raw dressing and chickpeas in my purse and added them to the salad and enjoyed the break with the meal and caught up on all the news with Janice my back up girl 😊
By then I had a few reads booked, but I do know that as Christmas approaches I slow down. And boy oh boy do I ever enjoy that rest time 😊
AND!! Before people start skimming my LONG Chat [yes I know LOL] I have something interesting to say. About 4 years ago China [my 20-year-old cat] was diagnosed with stage one, close to stage two kidney disease. I was VERY surprised based upon the fact she eats as healthily as I do. However, the only difference between her and I was our water. I fed her tap water freshly on a daily basis and I only drink reverse osmosis. I have the machine hooked to my home tap pipes. I immediately switched her to reverse osmosis and also bring this water for both of us when we travel. Well guess what? She has not progressed past the diagnosis four years ago!! When I took her to the vet for her final check up for her flu I asked my vet if she thought TAP water had a bad bearing on cats kidneys as so many are diagnosed with it. She looked at me and said, “if you had asked me that a year ago I would have said no” and then she says “however, a gentleman came here with a dog who was very ill, and he switched the water to distilled water and the dogs numbers all dropped and the dog became healthy again”. So now she believes the tap water has a lot to do with the animals illnesses.
I have preached that TAP water is not healthy but now I urge all pet lovers to switch to anything but TAP. Proof is in the pudding, so the saying goes. 😊
AND!! One more comment before I write about my month 😊 as this is based upon what I see in the trees. My neighbors trees kept the red things that grow on it. NEVER has this happened before. Normally they drop onto the ground. My leaves on my oak tree did not turn into the deep, deep red that always happens. So many things were different this Fall that I now predict a CRAZY winter. Not warm like many think, but cold, freezing and snowy. Let us see if nature has spoken to me and I have interpreted it correctly 😊 Now to my month 😊
SO!!! My new printer that I talked about last month just up and quit. Based upon the fact that it was still in the 30 day return time I packed it up and went back to Staples. However, that was also the day my accountant was picking up my quarterly GST and she suggested to get the make ‘Brother’. She said her printer had never given her any issues. Now I am the type of person who listens to recommendations and so I chose a new color and black and white this time with the make Brother. Easy to set up, has worked perfectly since, PLUS I got it at half price as it was on sale and some of my money refunded on the broken one 😊
Then to my great delight we had TWO warm days in November. One I took a long, long walk and then got the last of the lawn mowed LOL. I did, I did 😊 and put away the garden decorations and packed up the tiny fencing I place out in the spring. The next day I had a hair appointment and by the time I was done the sun had set so no second walk. I will be getting back into long walks when the weather changes LOL. [2025]
NETFLIX: I finished The Diplomat and gave it an 8/10 and wrote in the journal that I am looking forward to the next season 😊 Then I watched the movie Inside Man: Most Wanted. Did not give a review!! Now here is a show I truly enjoyed with Kevin Costner. ‘Hidden Stories’ a true story about space from 1961. I gave it a 10/10 and having lived at that time I can attest that is how people of color were treated. And then I started watching Ransom. I had watched this when it was on TV weekly but am now at Season Three and am enjoying watching it again. I am always amazed at how much you forget about shows 😊 Since I am still watching it, once it ends I will watch the Hallmark Christmas shows that I truly enjoy 😊 More on that next month.
In between my time off I washed the kitchen floor, stocked up on kitty litter and treats. Watched the US election and did groceries. Took care of four bookings and of course the two shows 😊 Plus, I cooked 12 meals for my last three shows to take with me. Four per show. And made some fantastic bread. Filled the vehicle up with gas and slowly packed it as the Lloydminster Christmas Show arrived.
GROCERIES: First my supply of freshly picked nuts arrived from BC. I order so that I get wholesale prices, and the nuts will now last me a full year. I received 25 lbs of raw almonds, 25 lbs of raw cashews, 5 lbs of Brazil nuts and 5 lbs of hemp seeds. Cost $515.97. Keep in mind this is a year's supply 😊 The vegansupply in BC had discounts on the Juicy Marble ‘meat’ that is AMAZING. I ordered a whole cut loin [that will make a ‘beef’ wellington for my Xmas dinner with family]. Then a 2 pack thick cut fillet that is eaten already. 😊 Lastly, Yo Egg the Poached One that was another AMAZING tasting item. Cost: 104.86. Bulk Barn was visited, and I bought raw hulled sunflower seeds, chickpeas, red lentils, dried cranberries, and to my amazement 2 types of chocolate bars were vegan. Chocolate marzipan bars and mint Belgian slims. Cost $31.71. Lastly at the supermarket I bought bananas, vegan bouillon base, cauliflower, curry powder, yams, mangoes, puff pastry, strawberries, raspberries, raw sugar, rutabaga, cucumbers, lemons, baby spinach, vegan mayonnaise, dried chives, laundry detergent, panko bread crumbs, red pepper, pickles, baby dill and fresh chives, avocadoes, Brussel sprouts, celery, green apples, red apples, just egg, kale, pumpkin seeds, silk creamer soy, smart bacon, and last of all quite a lot of freezer bags as I will be using them to divide up my nuts and freezing them all. 😊 Cost without the nuts: $477.97.
Arrived at my Lloydminster hotel on the 14th of November, unpacked, settled China in and then set up my show. And BOOM one minute it was Friday at 10 am and the next it was Sunday at 4pm tearing down. The show was AMAZING!! Everyone said how fantastic it was. Like the good ‘ol days is what we said. The hay days when Albertans were throwing money at us. 😊 People shopped and literally I read all day. Since the roads were dry on the Sunday evening I packed up, grabbed China and my stuff from the hotel and arrived home at 7.30pm 😊
Since I was leaving again for Fort McMurray on the Thursday the van stayed packed, and I just updated a few things and added new food and China's stuff on the Wednesday. Headed out on Thursday to a wee bit of snow. Light snow sadly, as the wind was up and this gave low visibility. BUT!! I made it through the first 90 minutes of the travel and then the roads opened up to DRY!! Arrived in Fort Mac around 3pm. Dropped China at the hotel and then set up the show. Now that wonderful quiet hotel I talked about in the October newsletter????? It was NOT to be this time around. Not the actual hotel, that was great. The outside. Across from me was a government building and at 4 [YES FOUR} AM two men arrived with a shovel and LEAF BLOWER and spent two hours 4am to 6am cleaning snow. Then the following day the SAME and need I say more? ALL days they arrived at 4am and lastly on Sunday night when I had decided to stay over due to the massive amounts of snow that had arrived in Edmonton, and half of that in Fort Mac a snow clearer arrived on the government grounds at 7pm till 1.30 AM going back and forth with BEEP BEEP BEEP. My PET PEEVE is that noise. Then, lastly at 5am the leaf blower guys arrived. GAD!!!!!!! It was horrible.
I headed out at 9.30am Monday and the roads were AWESOME. Arrived home to a FULL driveway of snow. But at least my sidewalk was cleared by my neighbor 😊 Shovelled a path, brought China in and had a banana. The I sat in my massage chair and then meditated 😊 THEN I tackled the driveway to the point of where I could drive my van into the garage.
Now I can run for a few days on 3-4 hours sleep but not much longer so you can be assured that Monday night I crawled into bed at 9.30 pm and slept like a baby till 8.30am!!!!
You know when you arrive home from a work-related event it just feels FANTASTIC as you rest and enjoy the free time. Oh, and how was Fort Mac? We had not done a Christmas Show for about seven years as it never attracts a massive amount of vendor’s for some reason. These are new folks who took over the planning and gave it a try this year. Normally we have three large halls, and this was down to one large hall. I was placed in the same spot as my hall, and I did fairly well. Friday and Saturday was busy, and I reached my required number of reads. Sunday it really slowed for some reason, and I was off by seven required reads. However, I was pleased with the take home pay and of course I will always support shows that treat me like gold 😊
AND 😊 more stuffing stockers were bought at the show. I also bought myself a jigsaw puzzle. I used to enjoy doing those when I was younger, and they seem to be coming back into style 😊 Since I am locking myself into my home over the winter I thought this would be a lovely thing to work on. I bought one with a pic of the Northern Lights so hopefully it is challenging 😊 The rest of my buys were for gifts for the stockings that hang above my fireplace. 😊
And since the bird feeder was empty from the little gluttons LOL and I was out of bird seed I whipped down to Home Depot and bought 3 -18KG containers and one smaller pack of bird seed. Cost: $142.92. I do hope this lasts most of the winter.
I keep mentioning how I follow the ‘seasons’ of the Personal data that is derived from your personal birth date and lo and behold another crazy balance was shown to me LOL. Keep in mind I am in the six [6] Season referred to as the Balance Year. The first nine months you get to balance your life and the last three months, if you have not completed all of the needs of your life to bring balance to then the Universe offers help 😊 Now in 2018 my grandson and I bought some cryptocurrency together. We chose Doge at 3 cents a coin. We sold it at .37 cents and then re-bought it. However, I was holding it in Binance and for some reason did not read [or perhaps understand lol] the emails they sent saying they were shutting down the Canadian side. As Trump won the election and Elon Musk spoke about him so Doge [that is Elon Musk’s currency for Mars if you do not know] the coin took on more value. I went into my account and lo and behold could not move it BECAUSE I was in Canada!!!!! I posted on FB about needing to be able to get a VPN so that it would override my IP, and a friend recommended an IT tech she had worked with. WELL!! Lo and behold he answered me on the Wednesday and told me that he was flying to Texas on the Monday. Now ironically he lives in Edmonton so this truly was the Universe setting up the time frame PERFECTLY for me 😊 Because he would be in the USA he would be able to access my account. Monday came, we Zoomed, he accessed my account, and I sent him Doge’s email and had it sent to Coinbase my Canadian cryptocurrency account 😊 Thank you Universe for this balance.
And yes, I now know a lot more about Crypto and plan to keep studying it as truly it is not that hard to comprehend and trade 😊
And lastly I texted my grandson to see if he wanted to do our monthly supper together and yes he said. So, we met up at Earls and caught up on the news and our lives. AND!! Again, on a Wednesday night at 6pm to 8pm Earls was packed with people eating. I question again where are the broke people? They must be the minority as everywhere I go people are spending, buying Taylor Swift tickets and merchandise. Buying clothes, yet when I watch the news they act like we are in a 3rd world country. I feel if you are suffering as the news makes it out to be, then you are not trying hard enough. Jobs are plentiful, you create your life the way you want it to be. If you choose to sit around and do nothing then the Universe offers NOTHING!! If you put effort into your life the Universe sends rewards 😊
I will now see all of my family on December 23rd as my granddaughter and her fiance are in town, and I will be preparing the Christmas dinner on that day with stockings opened and on Christmas Day they all come by for the gift openings. 😊
This folks is my wrap up month for my year. I focus upon the calmness of the winter that is offered to me. I will write more in the first Newsletter of 2025 with a quick wrap up of my year and how I will be focusing on my 7 Personal Year. The spiritual year 😊 Enjoy December. Create Your Own Health [with a few other comments LOL]
First, if you live in Alberta, Canada thank goodness 91.5% voted for Danielle Smith, our Premier to stay in power. And for those who voted NDP I do hope you recognize that Nenshi who BRAGGED she would never get a higher percentage than him, note SHE DID. [he got 74% in his party] And for those who voted in Nenshi I ask WHY???? When you watch him speak note how he calls Danielle names all the time. Note how he closes his eyes, and his face drops as he speaks. That is a sign of a liar, dishonest and egotistical. But I note that most [not all] NDP lovers are very weak minded. Running for the death sentence with the vac-cines that now surely, if you have been following the news you can see how many deaths these cause? If not, dig deeper. Also do you not realize that you would have been masked up and held hostage again this winter if the NDP was in power? Note how Nenshi kept saying how Danielle was avoiding posting the numbers of this so-called death flu!! YES!! We have a sensible Premier who understands that health is a doctor’s job. She is not controlling and fear mongering as so many weak-minded people fall for. We call that autohypnosis with words. Meaning when you hear something over and over and over again you start to believe it instead of questioning it. Just like childhood beliefs set in kids minds stay with them throughout life [IE: religion etc. that seems to be the cause of ALL wars]
NDP lovers need to really research him and the name calling leadership he is offering. NOTE: I have never heard Danielle call him one low life name and all she said after her 91.5 % vote was that we would beat him [ and respectfully used his full name not a low life calling descriptive] in the next election. And man oh man, I hope we will because if that man is going to lead the province masks will be brought back and business will suffer with all that he will do.
Now onto HEALTH!! That is all I hear about. And how badly Danielle is doing in this area. HUH??? Have you listened to Ontario OR British Columbia? And just to add this is NOT an Albertan thing, it is a Canadian thing. Brought about by TURDEAU who upped the immigration population to such a high number that not only the health care area but also the housing area is overrun.
Now do you know how many years it takes to become a doctor? Even if you were a doctor in another country and immigrated here you cannot, until you re-school, yourself practice in Canada.
I believe that University should be free. Just like in Dubai. Maybe people should start asking for this? Instead of all these strikes and protests that do absolutely NOTHING, try running for government in provincial or federal ways if you feel so strongly about what you feel the need to protest on. If a bus driver can become our mayor know that anyone can. Anyone can actually run in these elections. Study it and see.
But most people will only stand with crowds of others as they have been convinced by some other belief that they are right. The only way to make change is to be part of the change. And the rules to change start with government. Join that area.
Now back to health. All I see are overweight, tired people who complain all the time. Why not take charge of your own health and start with exercise and eating correctly? As I watch the news when people are interviewed and complaining about how long they had to wait for any type of service is that 99% of them are OVERWEIGHT. That is the first cause of BAD health. This also is something you can control.
You know when you take your pet to the vet one of the first questions the vet asks is ‘what do they eat’?
When is the last time your doctor asked you that within the first questions? Probably never. Doctors are not obligated to study nutrition in their schooling to become a medical doctor. Don’t believe me? Ask yours next time you visit.
Stop taking a FREE system for granted. If you had to pay for medical care I guarantee that at least 40% would not run to the doctors for a slight sniffle, slight ache, slight anything!!
When was the last time anything was given to you for the flu?? What are told? Go home and rest and drink plenty of fluids 😊 So why even back up the system by going? Because it is FREE.
I am not against health areas going private. Why when some people work hard and really make their lives what they want them to be are not be allowed to spend that money if they choose to see a doctor or get surgery quickly?
I see many people just laze about in life and take advantage of the welfare system, child tax credit [having 8-9 kids and claiming to be a single mother] etc. etc. etc. If that is what they want from their life so be it. BUT!! Do not complain when the health system is backed up because you have to wait and are against private care. Because if we had private care and those who wanted to pay did that, it logically would shorten the wait for those who want FREE.
BUT!! The last time I saw a doctor was about 2-3 years ago. And that was for my toe LOL. When I feel tired I automatically look at my food intake. Then if I see that yes all food is on par with what the body needs, I look at my work schedule. Have I been overdoing it? Then I simply take a ‘break’ day. I do nothing but meditate, use the massage chair, read a book on the patio if its warm enough and rest. Normally 24 hours later the body is back to its normal energy. Which in me is quite high based upon the understanding that the fuel of food needs to run the body. What fuel does it need? Well NOT sugar, so I try not to indulge or cook too much with that. NOT fats that are unhealthy, so I try not to indulge in too much of that either.
The body LOVES raw easy to digest foods. Once the body does not need to digest to much, it works on other areas of the body repairing what is weak. That is why rest is important.
I could go on LOL but why? Logic should be one of your parts of intelligence that the brain is apart of. Change your food, your attitude to complaining and start to see enjoyment in the energy that surrounds life. Eat well, sleep well, do your passion and love yourself. Stop using doctors for ailments you can fix. Work on your inner mind to bring yourself joy instead of complaining.
And lastly stop listening to Nenshi because all he does is COMPLAIN!!! Just like most of the NDP anytime something positive is changed within our provincial government. And she will win the next election 😊

CAT COSTS
Cat Costs: And China is now fine. Her flu cleared up and she is back to her normal self. This month I needed kitty litter so off to Pet Smart and I bought 2 28lb bags of the high-end kitty litter as it does not stick to her feet and hence now does not go into my bed 😊 Then treats. I bought the 50 pack of Churu as she loves them. Also, the greenies for her teeth in the catnip taste and one bag of temptations.
The Total cost for November was $164.06 [includes GST]
This is for one cat in case you are thinking of getting one. I am very lucky that as she ages, she is one of the rare cats that has stayed in GREAT health. I attribute this to good food, her daily exercise, and never having had any vaccines. Plus, the HUGE amount of love I give her.
If you are thinking of getting a pet please know that from the cute stage, they grow with a personality to the adult stage. Animals feel unconditional love from their souls. They get attached and used to their homes. If you cannot give up 12-18 years and maybe longer, do NOT get a pet. It is not a companion till you find a mate, have a child, or decide to move to an apartment that will not allow pets, it is a companion for life. They also need dental care, checkups, and GOOD food. Not this cheap, no-nutrient food that I see so many people buy. Your pets will suffer later just as you would if all you ate was junk.
Look at rescue places for loving animals. These pets will not only be grateful, it's almost like they know you saved them and love and adore you for it. Think before you add to your life. Can you give this type of commitment? If the answer is yes then enjoy looking for your new companion. Think older if you can, for some reason, older pets are harder to re-home and they are much sadder as they wait not knowing what it was they did to be removed from their homes.

Getting You ready for the start of next Year :)
Last month I wrapped up the inner ‘hearing’ talk with ‘yes you can ‘hear’ the answers and said I had asked about the USA election and was told Trump would win. Actually, I was told VERY loudly. And he did. Now I am not talking about elections here BUT!! Ironically I have been teaching at some periods of time my fave, Numerology. In 2002 I used to teach at a hotel room that I rented just for my classes on Argyle Road in Edmonton.
In Numerology you have five CORE numbers that come from your birth date [that you cannot change] and your birth certificate name. Those five CORE numbers show what your strengths and weaknesses are and when used ALL TOGETHER they create a fantastic life. I have used the MAP as I call it for years. My life comes to me. I don’t need anyone to support me while I play around. Thus, I find out how accurate it is as running a successful business takes dedication. When one has someone supporting their bills not much dedication is given and therefore most people's businesses or lives fail as they do not bother to use all of what is offered to them from their TRUE charts and the calling behind the meanings of the numbers.
NOW!! Ironically I have always used Donald Trump's birth chart for my students to really understand a karmic chart. Now everyone knows who he is LOL But in 2002 I showed my students all of the meanings behind his chart. I ALWAYS do politicians charts as they are the ones that the public can see and hear. In my last Numerology class that I did on Zoom I used Justin Trudeau as well. I also used Danielle Smiths and Donald Trumps.
Danielle Smiths showed she was built for being the leader of our province. Trudeau's showed he was not spiritual or religious and would never listen [HA HA and we all know that] and Donald Trump is, after being persecuted by the elites, who KNOW he will not be controlled, is now doing his karma. And doing it well I can tell you that.
Funny that he was charged with hiding classified documents BUT Biden who did the same thing was not??? Anyone who has not declared some type of cash or used areas to pay less taxes is a liar. EVERYONE at some time has not paid cash income etc. etc. Lying as he is accused of? GAD everyone I know has lied at some point in time and in my life I have run into MANY pathological liars interestingly enough. What else was he persecuted for? Saying his income was more than was it was to increase his loans? Who has not done that to receive a credit card or mortgage?? Or to rent??
So here is a person who is judged on his PAST so much. Karma is lessons that one has to go through to get to the point of where they are, and the karma [lessons] is left behind. That is what DT HAS done. Watch what the karma now does for the people of the USA. He only takes a salary of ONE DOLLAR!!!! per year folks. He does not have to do all this and stands up to the crap. Why does he do it? Just like anyone who keeps moving forward no matter what the persecution is, knows that they have to.
Now in January 2025 Newsletter I always, and have done for years, placed the link for you to find your Personal Year, a season as I like to call it, plus I wrap up what I did in my Personal Season. Numerology, just like astrology, shows the path to what you CAN do. And some are just lazy and use the negative areas of their chart and constantly complain or stay depressed. We see this now as those who are not even waiting to see what Trump will do are calling him names, creating fear on ‘what will happen’ [LOL]. These are the people whose minds are warped into negativity. They only believe what they hear instead of waiting for the positivity.
Others use a wee bit of their areas and make do with life. These are the ones who work but hate their jobs and do not change them because of ‘fear’. Most people use the emotion ‘fear’ for lack of change.
I would be bored out of my mind without positive challenges OR just depending on someone else to pay my bills. I see this often. People splitting up, or one dies and the one left in the home or life cannot afford it anymore. They fall apart. If you need to depend on someone at all then you are not using all of the strengths in your chart.
I have always said ‘you are born alone so learn to not only LOVE being alone but learn what alone means’. And yes, you will die alone. Oh, sure people may be there, but they are not going with you when you leave the physical body and plane. You are going alone.
Now if you take look at peoples charts you can see who is GREAT for leadership, who is under karma and who is too weak.
Now moving that into your own life you can use ALL of your energies that are calculated from the numbers to enhance the magnetic field to bring life to you instead of worry.
Now you may think this was not a very spiritual column this month, but it was 😊 I am really trying to get you to understand that all of what you CAN DO is imprinted within your chart and all you have to do is see it as a map and follow it. Januarys Newsletter will talk more about this and only this in this column. Then you can set your ‘season’s’ as you wish. 😊

VEGAN CRAB CAKES

As I mentioned above I ordered my vegan meat from the Vegan Supply store in British Columbia. That would be for my Xmas dinner as I will make a vegan beef wellington. Along with my order I added a tin of crab cake mushrooms. Then I went on the crab cake website and looked at their recipes as in all honestly when I opened the tin it was not tasting to my liking ☹
They were good BUT!! The next day I thought what if I used rice instead of mushrooms as I only had that one tin. They were also OK. I will use fresh mushrooms now and post with all three.
Make this for ALL three recipes 😊
Tartar Sauce. 2 tablespoons of FRESH dill, ¼ cup of vegan mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of dill pickles chopped small and ¼ tablespoons of capers. Mix well and set aside.
Ingredients for Original Crab Cakes
¾ cup of Panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of FRESH chives
½ tablespoon of Dijon mustard
½ lemon juiced. Also grate some skin on the tiniest holes on your grater. About 1-2 tablespoons. [called zest]
¼ cup chopped red pepper
2 tins of the Seed to Surf Enoki mushrooms. [ordered from vegansupply.ca in British Columbia]
Mix all of the Crab Cake ingredients and let them sit for 10 minutes. Make 4-5 patties with your hands and then place them into a fry pan that has been heated with vegan butter. You can also use vegetable oil but make sure the pan is only coated LIGHTLY if using oil. Cook on one side for about 5 minutes till browned and then flip. Cook another 3 minutes.
Place on a plate with the tartar sauce and either eat them alone or add a salad to the plate.
Crab Cakes with Rice
Same as above EXCEPT omit the mushrooms and substitute rice. I used about 1 ½ cups of cooked rice. I also added about 2 tablespoons of vegan oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of dulse and if you have kelp use that. About 1 tablespoon of maple smoke salmon rub spice [yes it is vegan 😊] and about 1 tablespoon of dry dill pollen. I also cut up some roasted seaweed and added it to the mix. Mix and follow above cooking instructions. Serve with tartar sauce.
Crab Cakes Number Three.
I bought pearl button mushrooms and portabella mushrooms. Same as the above ingredients but we are not using the tin of Enoki mushrooms nor rice.. Chop them all up. I used about 1lb of the chopped mushrooms. 70% pearl button and 30% portabella. Mix, create patties and fry till golden brown.
SUGGESTION: Crab Cake number three with the fresh mushroom. If I make this again I will blend all ingredients in a food processor and then creates patties and fry. Enjoy.
Next Month: Since I have a GREAT group for my Master Cleanse and then onto the raw food year all the recipes will be raw in this column for 2025. Most, not all, will need a dehydrator.
