CHAT FROM VcToria
Chat will be short :) My grandson, his girlfriend and I went to the 3D space exhibition at West Edmonton Mall on June 30th as I mentioned in July's Newsletter. Very disappointing in comparison to the Egyptian one. If you wish to go as I highly recommend you do, choose the Egyptian one. The other one had staff that were not attentive at all, headsets were not adjusted properly on our heads, quite boring and really hard to grasp the blue light and how you had to place your hands in it to get the next feature etc etc. The other side, staff were extremely attentive, headsets were tightened by the staff, and the walk through Egypt was AWESOME.
July 1st arrived and my buddy Janice who runs a small rescue came over and I gave her the remaining tins of cat food and dry food etc as I now just have a house with rooms filled with material stuff not loving animals. Then we went down to this Indian restaurant for lunch. Very disappointing. Vegan food was advertised on their menu on their website BUT!! the waitress had no knowledge of anything that went into the orders. I kid you not. Finally the cook came out and I was able to get a vegan meal created. Very tasty but based upon the lack of knowledge with vegan foods I will not be returning. Businesses that advertise in capital letters on their website menus VEGAN OPTIONS should follow up and train their staff. Just my thought on that.
Then the Universe sent me reads on the 2nd/3rd and 4th.Three days off and then I left for Lloydminster. Got there and had a bit of a headache setting up my tent but was finally rescued by the guys who install the power and all went well after that. Since I no longer am traveling with any pets I changed my hotel booking to the top floor and FINALLY had a room where I did not have to endure footsteps above me. Lloydminster did not disappoint and at midnight Saturday I packed up, my vendor neighbor kindly helped take down my frame and tent roof and load it into my van :) Headed onto the road at 1.30 am and arrived home at 3.15 am :) Then to my horror I could not get to sleep!!! Over exposed to energy I call it.
Rested on Sunday and my grandson and his girlfriend came over and helped lift the tent frame out of my van. Then I was able to start packing for Edmonton K Days that would start on the Friday. During those days off I made my green juice that would be frozen and defrosted as needed for the next 3 weeks. Did groceries. Cooked up ten meals to take for eating at the show. Mowed the lawn and each day packed more into the van :) Set up K Days on the Wednesday, Picked up my ordered 500 pamphlets. Did my quarterly GST and laundry. Lastly I had to make an appointment with my dentist. Since I had the crown put onto my back tooth in March I have had these headaches that I am 100% certain the root is touching a nerve. I plan to have this tooth out. Although at the dentist he said he would change the crown, get a new mouthpiece made and add a tooth where I have had one removed. At first I agreed, but none of that is covered and I still have over a $2000 bill that once again insurance denied. Altogether it is over $6000, so after much thought and the dizziness not subsiding I am going to tell him just to remove the crown and tooth and hope for the best. More on that in the October newsletter as I cannot get this done till early September.
AND!! wrapping up chat almost!! The next ten days was back and forth to Edmonton K Days. Slower than years gone by but not enough for me to say I would drop it. Sometimes shows just slow based on weather and also I am in my numerology Personal Year Seven that is my spiritual year and the mantra is "you will get what you need, not what you want". It is an internal rest year with focus on the inside of my life NOT the material world. So yes, I got what I needed from my profit LOL :)
Early in the month
NETFLIX: Ransom Canyon I gave a 8/10. On Prime I watched Heads of States that I clearly had seen before but rewatched and gave it a 7/10. Back to Netflix to watch The Survivors that I would give a 6/10 to and lastly I watched Infinite that I gave an 8/10 with a notation that I wrote saying 'I loved the end' :)
GROCERIES: lemons [LOTS] pickled beets, nutritional yeast, celery [lots] cocoa powder, 2 vegan butter, eco wash laundry detergent, chickpeas dried, green apples, cereal, nectarines, yellow onions, cranberries, strawberries, pink lady apples, vegan yogurt, red grapes, 3 vegan ice creams, avocadoes, vegetable oil, cucumbers [lots] beyond meat, cauliflower, chili bean mix dried, tortillas, dijon mustard, green grapes, vegan mayonnaise, coffee dark roast [that I now realize I no longer enjoy coffee LOL] hummus, tiny potatoes, puff pastry, red onion, mango/pineapple ice cream vegan, pasta sauce, cherry tomatoes, ground cinnamon, mandarins, bananas and lastly baby carrots. Total= $509.70. Hoping August will be a wee bit cheaper :)
AND!! that was my BUSY month. Summer flies by for me and since today is the 28th of July I have 3 days off to pick up my stuff at K Days, mow the lawn, weed the front that a jungle of weeds have grown, get groceries, pick up my business cards, send out the MP3 recordings to the K Day clients who recorded that way, finish up this newsletter so it goes out on time and lastly drive to set up the next show. After this show I will have 10 days offdrive to set up the next show that after this show I will have 10 days off with two paid events during that time and the rest will be LAZY [my lazy LOL] reading, and enjoying some heat that the weatherman has promised to us. That's all folks :)

Please keep in mind I am working on the next two newsletters now as I am back-to-back with
shows. This was written on June 30th right after I sent out Julys 😊
We will never know if President Trump reshaped the world with his bombing of Iran and the three
nuclear sites. If you do not watch the news, I suggest you google the so called 12-Day War as it is now being called between Israel and Iran. The USA stepped in and bombed the three nuclear sites saying that now their [Iran] abilities to use nuclear has been destroyed.

AND!! Of course, you will hear or read that it did very little and all was not destroyed or as Donald says “yes it was all destroyed”.
What I really want to say is this: In the history of time war has never accomplished anything except death of humans. First why is this? I am always stunned at why people would want to fight another country when all is connected. All humans will pass from this physical world and the logic behind war is senseless in my eyes. Yet is has been going from the beginning of time. Why do humans have this anger in them at wanting other peoples land? Wanting to make a point of religion [the main cause of war sadly] and other reasons.

Now with Carney at the Canadian helm it appears we are ramping up for war. Why is Nato now taking 5% of the GDP? What is sad is that all Nato countries are called to war if one of the countries that are a part of Nato get attacked. The saying goes, ‘you attack one of us you attack all of us’.
​
Why are countries not all sitting down together and agreeing on allowing life to be peaceful?
BUT? My biggest comment here is why are the people of Gaza having babies under this extremely long war? The news uses the pictures of starving newborn babies suffering but I ask when I see this how can the mother be so unkind as to give birth knowing that the child will suffer?
War to me is senseless and folks who sign up to fight voluntarily need to ask themselves why they are OK with killing other humans. Not saying ‘oh I am defending our country’. Maybe you are but you also believe in killing other humans who have a soul just like you. What makes people think that is OK?

Anyway, I am going to add a copy of what a website posted many years ago. It has been taken down now but I copied and pasted it to my documents. Study it carefully, but better yet go to the website and look at the countries and what they spend on war. Again, I ask why?
My last comment is this. Why are any humans giving birth to this physical world? And my belief is that only when we are attacked by aliens will ALL of the human race stand together BUT maybe aliens are peaceful and perhaps that is why they do not visit. Knowing they will be killed without reason.

Food for thought and the Third World War that may or may not break out before I pass. But it will come as the human race just cannot live in peace for some strange reason. I know the insertion I placed here states 2025 that made it look like we would be having a war BUT?? did President Donald Trump just have this averted OR is the year wrong? VcToria's Spiritual Advice
WHY ARE WE HERE?
The interesting thing about life is asking yourself ‘why are we here? ‘Why would we choose this physical residence’?
My Mother believed that once we left the physical realm that we climbed to higher levels . Much like school.
When you think back to the high school days you were given exams after sitting in classes that seemed like forever and then judged on the knowledge. Given a pass or failing grade and the following year either repeat the grade that you failed or move forward to the next grade.
Mother believed life after the physical was like that. You had to learn what it was you needed to learn here and then off you went to the next area of learning. OR you failed and had to keep repeating the lessons.
I believe this is the physical realm where many keep repeating. When I look at the world and people's beliefs on how they are right with religion and will fight for that I laugh. I often say “who made you the leader of religion”? Or I say “when did you die and make a video and come back with proof?” What you believe happens in the afterlife is your right.
Atheists believe there is nothing and that is their right.
Some religions, Islam for instance say that the body must be buried right away. Within 24 hours. Why? According to the Islam beliefs it is disrespectful to delay the burial. The body is washed, shrouded and buried quickly. Cremation is generally forbidden as the body is viewed as sacred. Judaism is fairly similar with their beliefs.
Catholicism has no strict rules. Normally burials are within 3-5 days to allow time for funerals etc. They either bury or cremate. Same with Protestantism.
Eastern Orthodox. No cremation. Body is typically buried with the feet facing East. East is seen as the direction of resurrection, spiritual awakening and eternal life. They believe in the return of Christ and by this the body is symbolically positioned to rise and face Christ.
Hinduism. Cremated within 24-48 hours. Why? To release the soul from the body and allow its journey towards reincarnation. Cremation is normal except for Saints and children who may be buried.
Buddhism. Varies by culture. Tibetan, Zen, Theravada etc. The belief is that the consciousness may linger in or near the body for some time. Up to 3-7 days. Thus, the body is left undisturbed to allow for the spiritual transition.
As you can see from the religions I chose to post about, ALL have different beliefs. Who is right? If your belief is 100% then you are right within your own beliefs.
SO??? Why is this always fought about?? That is why I believe this is the physical plane that most keep repeating their lives on because they will not allow each and every physical being to have their own beliefs without fighting.
Next come animals. I believe that until one truly believes in ‘thou shalt not kill’ and stop eating that of which is clearly killed that the repetitive of this physical life will keep them repeating in the physical world until kindness to all creatures is met.
I also believe that the animal does not have to return here to endure the suffering put upon it for the human to eat. Thus??? And I query this, and I also wrote a column about it: “do the humans who eat the murdered animal’s come back in animal form to feel the suffering”? That will be answered upon my return to the afterlife.
When you look within the feelings you hold inside yourself you can feel or know right from wrong.
Is it right to eat murdered flesh? Is it right to go to war over an existence that will end for all humans? Is it right to rape, kill, yell, belittle others, and hold vengeance? These are all actions that one day you may have to be judged for and will you get a passing grade or will you sigh deeply and say ‘damn, now I have to repeat those lessons once again in that physical world’. Only time will tell 😊 But believe me once I dug deeply into the purpose of soul actions, I make a point of ‘trying’ to be perfect LOL 😊
But one thing I do know I will not be judged on allowing the murder of kind hearted animals to be on the judgment list. Who knows maybe I will be the keeper of animal souls once I move over to the after life. I do know that the closer you get to knowing you are doing the right life the more peace you find within. Not from other peoples actions but from your own actions 😊 Food for thought, yes?

VcToria's Raw Vegan Kitchen
STUFFED MUSHROOMS
You will need a dehydrator for these. You can choose whatever type of mushrooms you prefer to eat. For this recipe I do prefer the smaller white ones or small cremini.
Take about 15-24 mushrooms and remove the stalks.
Add to a food processor all the mushroom stalks, 2/3 cup pine nuts, 2 cloves of garlic, ½ cup of fresh basil, [ I used from a tube as fresh was not available] 1 cup of fresh spinach, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice [fresh] and ½ teaspoon of salt. Process till coarse. Remove to a bowl.
Place ½ cup of red pepper into the processor and pulse lightly. Add to the bowl of mixture and stir it in.
Spoon a teaspoon or so into the caps of the mushrooms till it sits just above the rim. Place them into your dehydrator and dehydrate at 95F till they are soft and warm. About 15 hours. So, you could do these at night and have them ready for the morning OR do them in the morning and have them ready for a late supper/snack.
Eat them right away although I do like them cold or slightly warmed up if I keep them in the fridge.
