Off I went for my daily massage but because my shoulder was still quite sore and hopefully healing, I only took foot massages. My Thai girl was not very good at this. Her speciality was Thai massage. Then I decided to find this vegan pizza place I had read about online. BUT!! one must always video so here is the street and some of what is around.

I posted on FB while I was in Thailand and one of the most difficult things was following the map on Google LOL. I kid you not. I had been following the driving map while walking and getting nowhere!! Then my granddaughter told me how to find the walking Google map. Sadly, I did not realize that if the blue line disappeared you were to turn around and find it again and then see where it turned. Follow the blue line. LOL. So, after MUCH determination and finally help from two people who had helped me a mile back and had caught up with me where I was once again hopelessly lost took pity on me and walked me back to the blue line and then to the pizza place. They left me with explicate instructions on how to get back to my hotel. Here are part of the menu and the inside of the cash area. There was also a lovely outside place to eat. Pizza and a chocolate shake YUM :)

AND!!! as I followed the instructions that were given to me, I found out I was just off the main road that the canal ran along and brought me back to the Old Gate with the pigeons in under 20 minutes LOL. I spent 2 hours looking for the pizza place. I sat my the canal and enjoyed the view and what I knew I would not see in this lifetime again :) Here is the lovely canal that runs all through the city.

As I walked around, I decided to view the temple at the upper corner of my block. Yes, as I have said many times, in Chiang Mai Temples are on every corner. :)

GORGEOUS Temple and I hope you enjoy another one. Chiang Mai is an ancient city that is for sure :) Then I felt I had walked enough and just headed back to my hotel.
Here is another interesting video of the back alleys. This one comes off the main road that I posted the last Temple from. Then I headed for an early dinner at my hotel.

At my vegan hotel in the restaurant where I do not have to ask any questions about the food as I order. Here are some of the choices from their menu :) And that closes my day. I was going to go back to the Old Gate festival, but I was exhausted and just rested at my hotel :)
