AND!! I am now halfway through my 4-month sabbatical as I like to call it. Now I know I stated that December is my favorite month, and it is, BUT January is also my favorite month. Both come with opposite energies. 😊 December brings that sigh of relief as in HOME SWEET HOME, December 31st the last newsletter goes out and I tally the year and think BACK to ‘did I have a positive year, how was growth in every area’ etc. etc. Then as January arrives the energy provides for forward thinking. What shows do I need to apply for? Making payments, looking at the taxes and then what season [as in the personal year/ YOUR PERSONAL SEASON that is created from your personal day and month] and start to create changes for the season 😊 This is why I ALWAYS send out my newsletter on the last day of the month 😊 It not only wraps up the month BUT!! at the end of the year it completes it, not leaving it to start in another energy 😊 Those who know me well know I utterly believe in energy and all it offers but my bigger belief is in Numerology as it works with providing the numbers to find the CORRECT energy/season 😊 . I wrote the column below [Spiritual Advice] on Beliefs this months 😊

 

And as the new energy of the year began, for the first time in as many years as my appointment books go back I had NO appointments on the 1st of January. BUT!! The massage chair people had texted me and said the chair was repaired and they would be delivering it on the 2nd of January. On top of that my main blind had broken and the fellow had said he would be picking it up on the 2nd of January. With this in mind I decided to use the first day of 2024 to vacuum, steam and clean the front level room carpet. That completed I then headed off to the New Year Day yoga. YUP 😊

 

Now talking about yoga, I am VERY familiar with how yoga, the gyms and all other places fill up massively for the first 6 weeks of the year. Then people start to break their decisions. Why? I have no clue. Once I set something in motion, I always follow through. But that is each person’s decision to disappoint themselves as I guarantee they will look back and wish they had not quit whatever they started.

So, I had signed up for that class very early in December to make sure I had a spot.  All in all, I opened the year with positivity and as I am in my Personal Year Six [home, health, family, balance etc.] the carpet cleaning started the home cleansing 😊 and of course as soon as the chair arrived, I massaged myself and lay back in the sleep position and meditated as I do EVERY day. 😊

 

Moving on the second of January brought the reads to start the year. Luckily it was an evening read so the chair and blind actions took place early. And from the 2nd to the 6th, I had reads every day. One more in person yoga and then when I went to sign up on the 6th, they informed me that the yoga class was full in person. So, I signed for live stream. HOLY MOLY I loved setting up my computer and doing it at home while following the online class. Thus, because it appears the universe has no interest in me renting out my lower suite room LOL, I only had one booking!! [I guess not many people travel alone] I decided to move the bed down there against the wall, bring an old laptop that I had in storage down there and set it up, updated the system and added the Telus email. Then I used the HDMI cord from the PVR box and inserted it into the laptop and VOILA I had live stream yoga on my 45” TV that sits in that lower room. I moved my patio heater downstairs to the room and along with the oil heater I now have my very own yoga studio, all heated and do not have to go out 😊 I take my 4 months off VERY seriously as I know how hard I work once the shows start. 😊 Meaning I rest 😊

 

Now as I normally get the newsletter up prior to the day I send it some of the movies/shows I watched were in late December and the ones I have not mentioned yet are Ricky Gervais. I LOVED him. It reminds of back in the day when people had GREAT senses of humor and were not offended by jokes. I then watched Money Heist Berlin 2 and Money Heist Berlin 3 that if I could give a higher score than a 10/10 I would. Some of the actors were from the first Money Heist that took place in Spain. If you have not watched these shows I HIGHLY recommend them. Watch the first Money Heist in Spain though, so you understand the characters. 😊

 

My first Netflix film of the year was Bitconned. VERY interesting to watch. If you understand crypto currency do watch it.

 

Then reads just dried up. I kid you not. When this happens, I take full advantage of the free time 😊 The7/8/and 9th I did the livestream yoga. Each class an hour to an hour and a half but what is great is that they are emailed to you afterwards so if I would decide to do them twice I could. So far, I have not LOL. Snow arrived with a vengeance, so I made sure to shovel during the immense amount and then again afterwards. Started with the pantry in the kitchen and did one shelf. Removed the food, cleaned and replaced the food in order of where it should be. IE: All herbal teas, coffee, hot chocolate etc. together and in nice containers. [dollar store cotton small box like things] The 10th I made a vegan spaghetti sauce with the recipe down below instead of meat loaf 😊 Cleaned the next level of my rather large pantry and organized. Cleaned the front window inside. Shovelled two more times as the snow kept coming 😊 Then I settled down to Netflix and watched four episodes of Fool me Once.

 

The 11th I shovelled again LOL!! Did another pantry shelf and after all my normal stuff like emails, website corrections and office duties then the massage and meditation I settle down to Netflix and this day I completed the Fool Me Once. I enjoyed that show 😊 The 12th, YUP still no reads, but after my normal day of doing things, I settled into to watch 4 episodes of Bodies. Plus, a livestream of yoga. The 13th another online yoga session that I am thoroughly enjoying and not much else 😊 I call it relaxing and enjoying my home.

 

Then the 14th arrived, and I had 9 students, mainly repeat students who took all my other Zoom courses  [magic, tarot and numerology in 2022/23] plus a couple of new ones. Even one lovely girl who was in Austria 😊 Prior to the class I did an on line yoga and then from 3pm to about 6.30pm I think maybe a bit later we all drank 3 cups of tea, swirled the leaves and I showed them all how to do the basics of tea leaf readings 😊 I enjoyed the class and since I had emails the next day telling me they did too, I assume the day was not wasted 😊

 

AND THEN!!!!!! The phone started ringing once again. BUT!! Upon waking on the 15th, I said to myself, you are really wasting time not working out. I have a gym in my basement. It consists of a very high-end treadmill, two ab machines that I do the work, but the design keeps you in place so that you are doing them properly, an inversion machine [where you hang upside down] a vibrational machine [where you stand on it and the entire body is vibrated. It comes with 8 different settings] and a rowboat. I also have my Nuga Best bed down there but nowadays that gets little attention. I also have a reflexology machine that you stick your feet into and VOILA the feet get massaged. Lately I have not used it but did start. So onto the treadmill I went and decided that my mindset would be one hour per day working out. And today as I start ‘Chat’ it is the 28th and I have not missed a day. I started out with 1.6 kms [ one mile] and am up to 2 kms on the treadmill. I could only do 80 sit ups the first day but have worked that back up to 160 per day. YUP and I can already see the results. Inversion is used daily after the sit-ups and treadmill. Then I complete the workout with the vibrational machine. Yoga gives the stretching as I only do Yin yoga 😊

 

As I said the phone started ringing and the 15th brought an evening read BUT!! I had also chosen this day to do my monthly supper with my son so after that he picked me up and we went down to Watari. Moving to the 16th my accountant came over and picked up the last of the GST and by the 24th she had filed my business taxes with the CRA, and they notified me I have till March 31st to pay them. I am a VERY organized person in business and each week money is taken from my business chequing and put in the savings automatically. Thus, I have ALL taxes and accountant billing at this time 😊 A nice Zoom read that day and watched Uncharted on Netflix that I thoroughly enjoyed.

 

The 17th brought another read [this month they came in spurts lol] and of course my work out, massage and meditation went without saying and I binge watched The Stranger. Started out with trying to watch Beef but BLAH not my type of show. [nothing to do with murdered animals by the way]

 

I took the 18th off on purpose as my grandson was coming over in the afternoon and we were going to eat at Earls on the south side. He had a speeding ticket to fight in court and I landed up meeting him there as the court was closer to the south side than driving here and down there.

Now here is where I am confused!!! Everyone talks about food, expenses, rent etc. BUT!! When I ate with my son at Watari’s on a Monday it was PACKED. All tables full. Moving back to Earls on a Thursday, again PACKED solid. Now Earls is not cheap. Our bill was $144 without the tip. Yes, my grandson did have 3 drinks and I had one but eating out is humongous in expense!! I do not see money issues in Alberta but if there are I question how come all of the food areas are always full when people are complaining about food prices? Just my comment. 😊

 

Oh yes, watched 2 episodes of Kubra after our dinner, and moving onto the 19th I finished watching Kubra, another show I thoroughly enjoyed watching. [It does have subtitles] A zoom read completed my day 😊

 

The 20th brought me back to yoga livestream along with my workout that my mind has been set to do it daily and keep it at one hour. Had a phone read that day and watched TWO movies. ‘Lift’ that I really enjoyed and The Locksmith that was OK to watch.

 

The 21st I decided that carpets on the upper level should be started so I vacuumed, and steam cleaned the office. It snowed again and the driveway was done 😊 Then an order for a spell and ritual completed, followed by my workout, yoga, massage, meditation, and the day ended with a Zoom call/read. 😊 Moving into the 22nd I did the carpet on the landing outside the office and took note that reads had dried up once again LOL. Yup, what a strange month for reads.

 

Watched The Hill on Netflix and I thoroughly enjoyed that show. Made some home-made bread and rolls. The rolls were gone in 4 days LOL!! LOVE hot fresh homemade bread soaked in vegan butter along side my meals 😊

 

AND!!!! No more reads at all. It took till the 25th till I had one more in person read and then nothing again. I finally ventured outside only because I had a book order to mail for an order in Canada and had to go to the post office [any other orders outside Canada I do POD, print on demand through the self publishing area] and put in my lotteries.

 

On the 23rd I watched American Nightmare that is a true story. WOW!! The 24th I watched a show that kept me riveted What/If.  [2 episodes] I watched 4 more on the 24th and on the 26th the last 2 episodes. I would never have guessed the near ending at all.

 

And that brings me to yesterday [27th] with all of the daily stuff as usual. Workout, massage, meditation, cooking, writing etc. I watched the first episode of Into The Night. Another riveting series 😊 The world ends because of the sun. I plan to binge watch the last episode tonight. Right now, nothing is booked. At this point I am wrapping up the newsletter, editing and uploading it for the 31st send out. And while working on this, my store area had a Ritual bought so I will be setting up for this shortly once I finalize all the details with the person who ordered it. 😊

 

I spent very little money this month. I always challenge myself in January to see how little I can spend. China, who is still wonderfully healthy and of course gets groomed every day took NO MONEY!! I had food, kitty litter, her vitamins, treats, probiotics and solensia all stocked.

 

FOOD??? NOTHING LOL. I have enough food in my house to last for months. I still have jars of dried beans, pasta, soy curls and although I added my nuts to this month so I can make cheese I do not have to pay for them till February, so my food bill was ZERO 😊

 

What I had to pay for was the bludy chair. Now Redfern [vendors will know this company] owns Backplus the make of the massage chair that was NOT cheap to buy. It was Redfern I dealt with on the massage chair. My chair stopped working. Now beware people if you choose to buy a chair at any of the tradeshows. Why? There is only a 90-day warranty on them, PLUS after this you have to pay for the transport to Calgary and the return. Now the service is GREAT. BUT!! Once the chair was there the repair person tried to say my chair was well worn and they WERE going to charge me for the work. First it was $600, and they were going to just charge me $300 and so I pointed out the chair was only 16 months old and I used it once a day for 15 minutes how the heck was it WELL USED?? I also pointed out my last two massage chairs, one twenty-two years old and with my son now was still working, and the one after that, eleven years old, now with my granddaughter was also still working. Neither of those two ever needed repairing. They dropped the service repair, but I still had to pay $1100 plus GST for the pick up and drop off. Yup One thousand and one hundred dollar’s plus 5% GST. If it breaks again, you can be assured, I will not buy this brand again. My other two were Panasonic. So, buyer beware. They do not have people in other cities to come and repair it, plus you have to video the problem etc. So, if you are not tech savvy or do not have a smart phone you are out of luck.

 

My blind repair was $855. $600 for the new motor and I chose to purchase the lithium battery that is guaranteed to stay charged for one year at a time. Oh yes, plus the charger. The motor was nine years old, so I accepted the repair needed to be done. And that was all the money I spent except when I bought my lotteries 😊

 

And that was my TOTALLY WONDERFUL relaxing setting in motion my new season month. I truly indulge myself at my home. It is the highlight of my year just enjoying 😊

 

And as I end off if you have read this far without being bored LOL have a WONDERFUL February. We will have some major AI [artificial intelligence] announcements coming as the Sun, Mercury [ for a while] Venus, Mars, and Pluto are either moving into Aquarius this month or are already in this forward ‘moving the world to AI’ energy. You can see the planetary dates for these shifts in my column below.

 

Take your life seriously as time can never be turned backwards. If you set goals last month then stick to them as why else would you have set them? The mind can be trained to be strong instead of weak. But I digress as so many people tend to feel sorry for themselves instead of seeing life as a journey of delight. Why? I have no clue because we are our own energy and can reshape it at anytime. I guess people do not wish to put the work into doing this.

 

Positive Thoughts to All this fine February. Enjoy the Year of The Dragon as it starts. That would be Saturday February 10th 2024. Enjoy Valentines Day, and lastly the extra day that comes once every fours years. 😊

I was waiting for this to be offered on Netflix. Then of course watch it to see if I thought it worthwhile to talk about. I was not disappointed. This month this column is more of a follow up from January’s column where I talk about why people see ‘fat’ as body positive. It is NOT. It is why the health system is overwhelmed.

 

So, I ask you all to watch ‘You ARE What You Eat’ now playing on Netflix.

 

What is it about? In a nutshell it is a group of twins all taken for a health experiments based upon the fact they both have the same DNA. One of the twins is put on a vegan lifestyle for the duration and the other on the omnivore lifestyle. Prior to the start of the meals, they undergo a battery of tests from blood, heart, sexual results lol and so much more. Just watching this part was fascinating in itself. Oh yes body fat etc. At the end the results were given after the same tests were taken over again. Truly eye opening and very informative.

 

Duration is four episodes of one hour each, so 4 hours of educational material that would be wonderful if people would watch it. Make up your own mind but nevertheless have the knowledge.

 

One thing, many who think they are ‘pure blooded’ are not. Why? All of the injections that are clearly shown here have the mRNA inside. Eating the flesh of animals is the worst thing that you can do for your health but furthermore it shows little compassion in your heart.

 

Learn to create your mindset to understand that as this film presents ‘You ARE what you eat’. Much like I constantly say, ‘You ARE what you think’. 😊

CAT COSTS

Cat Costs: ABSOLUTELY ZERO!!! As I said last month I stocked up on kitty litter, raw food, treats and if you are new to my newsletter I have three YEARS worth of tinned food. [ I bought out a closing health store in September 2023] 

The Total cost for January was $0. :)

That is for one cat I might remind people who are thinking of getting one. I am very lucky that as she ages, she is one of the rare cats that has stayed in GREAT health. 😊 I attribute this to good food, her daily exercise, and never having had any vaccines. Plus, the HUGE amount of love, I give her. 

​

If you are thinking of getting a pet please know that from the cute stage, they grow with a personality to the adult stage. Animals feel unconditional love from their souls. They get attached and used to their homes. If you cannot give up 12-18 years and maybe longer, do NOT get a pet. It is not a companion till you find a mate, have a child, or decide to move to an apartment that will not allow pets, it is a companion for life. They also need dental care, checkups, and GOOD food. Not this cheap, no-nutrient food that I see so many people buy. Your pets will suffer later just as you would if all you ate was junk.

 

Look at rescue places for loving animals. These pets will not only be grateful, it's almost like they know you saved them and love and adore you for it. Think before you add to your life. Can you give this type of commitment? If the answer is yes then enjoy looking for your new companion. Think older if you can, for some reason, older pets are harder to re-home and they are much sadder as they wait not knowing what it was they did to be removed from their homes.

VEGAN MEATLOAF 

                         

 

 

A vegan kitchen holds just about the same things as any kitchen if you cook a lot. BUT 😊 what do I use most in my kitchen? I bought a Vitamix blender about 18 years ago and it still works perfectly. I use my blender almost daily so if you are investing in any appliances, please make them good quality as        it pays in the long haul.

 

 

Next if you are choosing to do a lot of mixing then a food processor would be second on my list. I bought two Braun in the last 15 years. Both broke after about 7 years. I invested in a Cuisinart in 2023. I also own an Instant Pot that I use a lot for dried bean cooking and risotto BUT a large pot is fine if you do not wish to purchase this right away. I also own a rice cooker which makes PERFECT rice. But a pot is fine if you do not own a rice cooker yet. I own a dehydrator by Excalibur, and I also own a mixer by Sunbeam. [the Sunbeam mixer is the WORST thing I have ever bought. Terrible to mix anything in and I do NOT recommend this make]. I own a 25-year-old crock pot that still works extremely well and lastly a crepe maker. 😊 Now with this these items you can cook and have GREAT food preparation.

 

TIP: The easiest way to cook is to put all the ingredients out on the counter and then weigh and separate them before starting to cook. Read the recipe. If spices are all going to be added at the same time, take a bowl and measure, or weigh them out and keep them in this bowl till you need to add them in. If liquids need cups etc. take jugs and make sure they are created. Chop all the veggies. Line them up and follow the recipe 😊 

 

This month we will make a vegan meat loaf from scratch. Last month I said to purchase Butlers Soy Curls [keep them in the freezer] and Elo’s Vital Wheat Gluten [ also best to keep it in the freezer once opened] or it appears if you are outside of Canada then Anthony's Vital Wheat Gluten is what most buy. This is essential for our ‘made from scratch meatloaf. 😊

 

NOW!! This may seem like a lot of work, but it is not trust me. So, let's get started. To make this simple I am placing the ingredients in bowls that you can put them in. Like I have always said, read the recipe first and once cooking and preparing then add what you can into separate bowls Follow along and you will see 😊

 

Ingredients to NOW be placed on the cooking area: 2 cups of soy curls, 1 tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil, 2 shallots minced [cut up] 3 cloves of garlic minced [cut up] 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1 cup of cooked white beans, [if using dry beans for the cheaper method make the night before] 1/2 cup of water, 6 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast, 2 tablespoons Braggs soy sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons onion powder [or salt] 1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke OR as I used hickory smoked sea salt, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley [or use dried] 3/4 cup of vital wheat gluten and 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs. 

 

Read this recipe and place the ingredients in bowls or saucers that obviously will be added at the same time 😊

 

First Step: take your 2 cups of soy curls and place then in a bowl and add warm or hot water to cover. To add more flavor, I add a vegan bouillon cube to the water and stir.

 

Preheat oven to 350 F NOW.

 

Second Step: Take a large pot/frying pan and add some oil [about 1-3 tablespoons] or you can use less oil and add water as you cook. Once oil is heated over a medium heat add 2 minced shallots, 3 cloves of garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Now add 1 cup of sliced mushrooms. Cook for another 3-5 minutes. DO NOT burn or let them stick 😊 Take the pot/pan off the heat and set aside.

 

Third Step: get out your food processor. You will need 1 cup of white beans. You can buy them in a tin BUT I buy them dried in bulk and cook a lot as they freeze well when cooked. Fit the food processor with the ‘S’ blade and add the white beans [1 cup] 1/2 cup of water, six tablespoons of olive OR vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast [a vegan staple to have in the home, plus cats love it] 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of Braggs soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke OR the seasoning called hickory smoked sea salt. NOTE: All of step three can be put in a bowl PRIOR to starting this recipe.

 

Fourth Step: Process this for roughly 30 seconds. It will be very liquidly. Do not worry 😊

 

Fifth Step: Now go to your soy curls and drain them. Now rinse under cold water twice and then squeeze them and get as much of the water/moisture out.

 

Sixth Step: Add the soy curls, 1/4 cup of fresh chopped parsley to the food processor where the liquid is that you just processed. Take the pot/pan and you set aside with the mushrooms, garlic etc. and add this too.

 

Seventh Step: Now use the ‘pulse’ button and pulse this mixture until it clearly resembles ground meat. That takes roughly 30 seconds. Pulse and stop after each few seconds. DO NOT pulse it too long or you will lose the meaty texture.

 

Eighth Step: Now in a large bowl transfer from the food processor to the bowl. Now we add 3/4 cup of the vital wheat gluten and1/4 cup of breadcrumbs [I use panko] Stir to combine and make sure all the dry ingredients are mixed in well. Now take a meat loaf pan and pack the mixture into it. VIP: Now cover this pan all around TWICE with aluminum foil. Put in the oven for one hour.

 

Ingredients for Glaze: 1/3 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon sugar or maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard, 1/2 teaspoon Braggs soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon onion power OR onion salt.

 

GLAZE: In a small bowl mix 1/3 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon sugar or maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard, 1/2 teaspoon Braggs soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.

 

Ninth Step: After the one hour is up remove the meat loaf and take off the foil. Spread the glaze on top of the meatloaf and return UNcovered to the oven for another 30 minutes or till you like the look of the glaze 😊 Remove from oven. Serve once it has sat for about 10 minutes.

 

NOTE: This meatloaf freezes well. BUT wrap with aluminum foil when reheating the slices.

 

NOTE: You can also take this mixture and create hamburger patties and bake at the same temperature in the oven. I do NOT cover them when making hamburger patties. You can also just bake this as a meat loaf or in any type of oven pan and once done use it to add tomato sauce and anything else to create a spaghetti sauce. You can also use it as a base for shepherd’s pie. This is HIGH protein, NO chemicals at all and EXTREMELY cheap to make and creates many different dishes and freezes well. 

 

PS: I also made this without the mushrooms as I had none and added in a cup of millet [cooked] instead.

 

But use your cooking skills and create dishes with this TASTY TASTY delight.

Now onto this month’s subject: BELIEFS. You are what you believe 😊

 

Now most, including myself, set new goals at the New Year. I thoroughly believe that we are offered the Personal Years as our own seasons, and this is why I set my goals as well. BUT!! 😊 because I believe in it 100% it works. I meditate each and every day because I BELIEVE that the aura [the energy around the body] enhances and connects to your TRUE journey. I could go on with my own beliefs but that is not what I wish to convey to you.

 

YOU ARE WHAT YOU BELIEVE. If you believe you are depressed, then you will be. If you believe you are ugly then you will appear so in the mirror to self, if you believe you are in love then you will believe so, and so it goes. All emotions are programming you to BELIEVE.

 

Now when you are young and told about religion then you grow up with these beliefs. When you are young and told you are ‘no good’ then you grow up with these beliefs. Almost anything people believe comes from programming in their youth. This is why in court when sentencing is being handed out many reports say ‘as a child they were abused, came from a broken home, had a crack head for parents etc. etc.’ It is an excuse to get the judge to understand they had been programmed.

 

So, let take a good hard look at your ‘beliefs’ and ask yourself why you believe what it is you believe? Do you enjoy your beliefs? Are they working for you?  Let’s take depression as a belief. Do you enjoy that feeling? Is it programmed from childhood where you got more attention if you acted sad? Why do you feel the need to now post on social media and rush to see all the comments from people you have never even met? Why not dig deep into the cause of why you enjoy holding this emotion instead of ‘feeding’ it?

 

As we witnessed in the past years 90% of the world population was programmed to believe we had a KILLER flu on the loose heading into everyone’s homes, bodies and they named it the big C. [c o v i d] BUT!! Why did you all believe it? Because it was programmed wherever you looked, and it was all everyone talked about. BUT!! If you now google results from deaths from past years with the actual flu those numbers are ABOVE what the numbers of the BIG C knocked out and sent the soul home. Do not ‘believe’ me???? Google it. Only the strong minds researched and asked questions and stood their ground. Now look at the numbers. They are still the same, trust me, or google it.  BUT the difference is now that it is not on the news as headlines every day, no one is talking about it. Therefore, the programming is fading.

 

But what amazes me is the amount of people who donned that diaper about their face just because ‘everyone else did’. PROGRAMMED!!! Weak minded. Because now they are not wearing the diaper because 90% are not. Why is this? The numbers are the same. Think about your beliefs because that proves you cannot think for yourself.

 

I digress and move onto ‘balance’ of emotions. When you look at a color, let's take a lovely sunny day with no clouds in the sky, most will say ‘look at the BLUE’ sky. You can see it therefore you believe it. BUT!! Can you see the air you breathe? No, you cannot, but yet you believe you are breathing. In fact, it comes so naturally that most of the time unless you focus on ‘feeling’ it enter your body you do not pay attention to it. We are PROGRAMMED to breathe. But this is a natural cycle of life. One must breathe to live. AND!! That moves me to my point. Emotions must be balanced to live in harmony with yourself.

Do not let another person actions create your reactions. And sadly, that is what depression starts from. Allowing yourself to hold the thoughts and ‘believe’ that they are true. Programming.

 

Now turning to more beliefs. Many said this year in Canada ‘it does not feel like Christmas because we had no snow’. So again, programmed to feel a different way because of the weather!!! But it was what we have been programmed to believe that on December 25th every year that it is Christmas and snow should be part of that. However, in Florida or Los Angeles where 99% of the time there is no snow, they celebrate without saying ‘no snow, it does not feel like Christmas’. WHY? Snow or no snow it is still programmed to a day called Christmas. Why would it not feel that way? You are programmed to the ‘snow’ must be there.

 

NOW!! More interesting facts are that New Year’s wasn’t always celebrated on January 1st. The earliest New Year festivities date back about 4,000 years. At that time, the people of ancient Babylon began their new year in what we now call March.

 

They would have an 11-day festival to celebrate the beginning of spring. They would also celebrate the fact that crops were being planted for the coming year.

 

The calendar that we use today is known as the Gregorian calendar. It was introduced 400 years ago by Pope Gregory XIII in 1582. He declared once and for all that January 1st should be New Year’s Day.

 

Since then, the Western world has celebrated the start of the year on the first day of January.

 

SO!! This is why we all start new things at the beginning of what we believe to be the start of a new year. A BELIEF!! The gyms are full, the yoga classes are full, people start their new food intakes, your energy shifts because you BELIEVE in this.

 

People who are alone over the Christmas holidays often say, “I’ll be glad when this is all over”. Why? Because they are allowing themselves to look at those who experience joy or happiness to affect them. Instead of looking at ‘why do I allow myself to feel this way because of what other people are doing”. And so it goes. Programming.

 

Now is this good or bad? Hence, I come to my point 😊 The good is when you believe something 100% [ONE HUNDRED PERCENT] Not 99% as it has to be 100% for if you have doubt then you are believing that it may not be so.

 

Thus, my remarks in the first paragraph of this column. I believe that my seasons that relate to my journey are coded in my birthdate, and I follow them. Thus, my years are EXTREMELY successful as I believe 100% that they will be. I am programmed that way.

 

I believe 100% that we send our life ahead of us in an energy ball that is unique to our own aura. [the energy that surrounds us at all times and sends out warnings] I believe 100%, that just like our DNA and fingerprints that the energy ball sent before my soul arrived in physical form resides within the cosmos waiting to be pulled towards me. I believe 100% that when you meditate this enhances the power of the energy and, just like a magnet, the energy ball that is YOUR OWN life is drawn towards you.

 

As an infant I do not believe you ‘learn’ to walk I believe that the energy ball says ‘you programmed your life to walk at this time and that is ‘now’. This is why I believe that infants learn to walk at different times.  

 

And so, with 100% beliefs life comes to me I do not search for it. BUT!! Based upon my seasonal beliefs I also set in motion the actions that fall under my personal season.

 

NOW!! The bad LOL. Life is only bad when you refuse to BELIEVE that your TRUE path awaits you. When you believe life is not worth living because??? Perhaps you put no effort into it. Perhaps you believe that without money you cannot do things. You refuse to change; you refuse to trust and so it goes. That is called DOUBT. The lack of BELIEF. PROGRAMMING yourself this way.

 

Mainly the lack of purpose. So, I ask you to think about this. What would be the purpose of the creator to make each individual physical body have an individual DNA and also individual fingerprints? Billions of years of existence and the coded prints of DNA and fingerprints have all been different.!!! First think about how brilliant this is. Next BELIEVE that the aura [the energy field around us] is also that unique. No one else has your individual energy field. Now BELIEVE you can attract the life you came here to live and experience NOT the one that does not work and makes you programmed to what others believe. Believe in yourself and enhance the energy. If you say constantly ‘it does not work, it cannot be so, I am poor, and so many more ‘cannots’ then you do not BELIEVE.

 

If there was no purpose, then why the individual identification that no human brain could create. [although with AI, I can assure you human robots will be created] When you BELIEVE there is a purpose that you created and sent ahead of you, you need to BELIEVE you can find it. It comes in many forms as messages, intuition, and the ability to feel the balance of life. What is that feeling? A feeling of peace for no other reason than feeling balance and no worry. Not because you are rich, in a relationship, bought a house, or any other life changes just because you feel this way. 😊

 

Once you have PROGRAMMED your beliefs to this energy shift you will understand. Before you can accomplish this the answer is simple. You do NOT believe 100% and therefore the PROGRAMMING does not work 😊

 

Once you believe 100% in meditation changing the energy around you to the magnetic pull of the energy ball and then following what arrives you understand 100% 😊 AND!! As I always say to my clients “It will make PERFECT sense at the end”. BUT!! Try to BELIEVE you can PROGRAM yourself to find the answers before then 😊 Life will then make sense 😊

 

Energy can never be destroyed only reshaped and reprogrammed.
