Onto Chat.

NOTE:  I will only be taking bookings via phone please do not email or text. VIP: Due to the overload of work I will NOT be booking any FULL OFFICE READS in July and August 2023 at all. If you wish to have a FULL OFFICE READ please book in June after the 6th. I have back-to-back shows where I do mini-reads ONLY :)

SHOWS: For those who called or asked when I would be doing shows so that they can get a mini-read here is Junes: One show only in Camrose. I consider this a local show as I drive home every night because of my loving cat :)

SHOW: The Jaywalkers Jamboree in Camrose, Alberta. On the main street that of course is shut down for our tents and amusement rides.

Dates:  Friday, June 2nd, 2023 10 am to 10 pm Saturday, June 3 2023 10 am to 10 pm and Sunday, June 4 2023 11 am to 6 pm.

Another whirlwind month where time just zipped by. I ended last month's Chat with myself leaving for Grande Prairie. I think that I am in GP too much as the show for the second year in a row was not up to the standards that make it worth my while to travel, take a hotel, do the show, and travel back. So, I canceled the Night Marker that I would have been attending on June 23/24/25.  Took the booth loss as they do not refund at all. I am already somewhat paid for the GP Woman’s Show in the Fall so I will be doing that and as usual, the Xmas show at Evergreen but next year I will only be coming up once. More on that as the months go by 😊

I drove back on Sunday night [April 30th] as Monday, May 1st was my son’s birthday. He turned 51 LOL!! He likes to collect those hockey cards in boxes. Never opens them and says that the value is in NOT opening them. I bought him two boxes and then took him, my daughter-in-law, and my grandson out to his restaurant of choice. As usual, he chose Japanese Village.

Then knowing I was leaving for Fort McMurray on the Thursday I booked one read on the Tuesday and then went and touched up my eyebrows. As you get older the hair color fades so I always keep them darker with touch-ups. I also did an eyelid darkener but that did not seem to make any difference. However, compliments on the eyebrows are always given😊

Wednesday brought an in-person read followed by a Zoom read and then as not much had to be done to the van as it was already packed from GP I prepared my food, cat food, and whatever else needed to be put back. Thursday, I left and lo and behold after an uneventful drive I get to the hotel and discovered the bag of frozen meals I had left at the base of the freezer intending to grab was NOT in my van. $95 later I had enough food for the four days. [That was just for the frozen food] The unfrozen stuff was in the van.

Fort Mac NEVER disappoints and after a wonderful show and the recall of how great it felt to wake up in my own bed, I made the choice to grab China from the hotel and pack up and drive home on Sunday night. Therefore, waking up on Monday happy I chose to do so.  Monday, I drove to the natural health store and bought China’s pet food for the month and then relaxed.

Tuesday and Wednesday I booked one Zoom read and again one in-person read. Thursday, I stopped at my printers and picked up the 1000 pamphlets I had ordered for my summer shows then stopped at Pet Smart for kitty litter and treats for China and then onwards to Fort Saskatchewan [a 40-minute drive] to set up for the last show in May. Sadly, I will not be doing this show again. It was FREEZING cold, badly organized for arrival, and not well attended at all. Now I always give a new show two tries but when it is FREEZING cold, and the organizers were asked to open up the doors or turn the air down and are ignored I cannot return. Obviously, many vendors filled the forms out with their complaints and they refunded $100 to all of us. By the way, the show was not cheap to attend either. A nice gesture in the refund but not enough to make me risk another cold show. If vendors are not comfortable it is hard to work. And we do make the show as we pay for our spots and should be listened to. Without vendors, there is no show.

NEXT 😊 came Mother's Day. After the show closed and I tore down and drove home, my son picked me up with my daughter-in-law and we headed to south side Earls where my DIL’s mother also met us. My son had bought me 6 gorgeous vegan cupcakes, and a wonderful purple hanging plant and when I opened my Mother's Day card there was a $100 gift card for Canadian Tire in it. As usual, I ordered the delicious vegan pizza and the tofu rolls. Finally, after the grueling 4 weekends in a row, two of traveling and two of local I went to bed knowing I had almost three weeks to relax at home 😊 BUT!! Ding Dong awakens me from my deep sleep and at the door is the irrigation guy who was supposed to come at 11 am but had chosen to arrive at 8.45 AM!!! Oh well, I explain that I just turned the irrigation system back on after not doing so for a few years and the front area is not connecting so please check all the heads in the back. He did a WONDERFUL job and was exceptionally reasonably priced. I finally have GREAT service and reliability from a company. He will be back in the fall to blow out the lines and close it down. I LOVE when I find reliable people who answer the phone, show up and then do a GREAT job. I am extremely loyal to good service and so he will have my business every year now.

Why did I choose this year to turn on the irrigation system? My front garden was done last year as I wrote about and lo and behold the flowers are GORGEOUS and every day more bulbs open with a mainly purple theme. In between are some yellow ones [that I thought would be white] but the garden is LOVELY. They are perennials so as the years go by, they will multiply and keep a gorgeous garden looking lovely. 😊

This year I did not intend to do any larger projects in the home. I am saving for next year. In Numerology my season for home projects and such is in my Personal Year Six. That will be in 2024. BUT!! I had promised my granddaughter who lives in Vancouver my couch, TV from my bedroom, and the old massage chair [ I upgraded to an AI one last year] and her friend is moving to Kelowna on June 30th and will stop and pick up the TV, chair, and couch. Well, I was going to wait till mid-July to shop for another TV and couch BUT!! There was an $1100 saving on the exact one I wanted so off I went to the Brick and put it on an 18-month payment plan [no paying till then] and also grabbed an updated smart TV. This way it sits with my Personal Six year as I will pay it off next year 😊 To be delivered on June 30th. [I hope]

Then I was booked solid with two to three reads a day. I try not to do more than that as summer is important to me, and I love doing the many things that life offers. And so in-between reads I raked the leaves up on the lawn, mowed the lawn twice, weeded the front a wee bit, and got one area of soil planted with rhubarb, asparagus, and green onions. I will see if that grows as I have never had much luck with asparagus. I am now doing my daily 5km walk, reading the book I started last month Transfer of Power by Vince Flynn that will be finished by late today 😊 caught up on most of my recorded TV programs and the smaller things like dishwasher, laundry, etc., etc. all got done.

I had my recycling bottles picked up as I use a service that does that. Then my grandson and I went to early voting and voted. Then to Cactus for supper where we chatted and enjoyed our time together.

My granddaughter and beau left for London, England mid-month, then they flew to Amsterdam for a few days and right now are in Serbia the hometown of her beau. Every day she sends me pics on my phone. They are young and doing what they should be doing, enjoying the world, and their lives and planning for the future, and making memories doing this 😊 I cannot wait for their wedding and am hoping they will choose Lake Louise, but we shall see.

I finally found a time when my good friend Janice and I were not busy and headed to her house with vegan sausage rolls, cake, and homemade bread where we enjoyed a late lunch, chatting and as I left, I made sure they were heading to the polls to vote. LOL!! As her hubby said, ‘sometimes to shut me up you just do it’.!! They sent me pics of them going in and doing their duty that I think everyone should do with the way the province needs to be run.

I am happy we finally have a decent person who will stand up to Ottawa BUT!! Since the actual voting is not till tomorrow, I hope that I will not have to change this paragraph before I upload this newsletter 😊 I had a dream that the UCP won. I dreamt that three times and two of the three dreams were identical. We shall see tomorrow. AND!! My dream came true. Thank Goodness. I plan to write about that under the ‘My Opinion’ column next month 😊

At one of my local shows, a booth was offering what is called Shockwave treatments. I find I am attracted to anything that has AI, futuristic stuff, etc., etc. I reviewed it, took a pamphlet, and made an appointment. Quite pricey so I hope that it is tax deductible. I do not have any soreness in my body, but my shoulders are stiff, and the feet appear to be too. I took two treatments this month but really did not feel any different so I will put that to the side unless I find pain down the line, but I doubt it as I eat properly, exercise and meditate and do a full massage in my AI chair daily. What I will be doing is checking out Pilates and, in the Fall, taking a six-month yoga membership for Yin Yoga. [only Yin LOL]

And then I deliberately took off five days to enjoy. My son sold his house and was moving so he brought over my granddaughter’s bed and furniture to place in my garage and then the June 30th pick-up will only have to be done at one house. Now as I am on Day four of five days, I am finishing up the newsletter and doing all the editing, etc. Tomorrow I am heading to get a new frame for my tent as mine broke last year when the storm flipped the tent. Then I set up on Thursday for Camrose. I am hoping the weather predictions are wrong. Global says sun and warmth and CTV local says three days of rain!!!! How two local stations can predict the exact opposite one will never know. All I can do is wait and be thankful the smoke that blanketed Edmonton for three days is now gone. What a crazy apocalypse look that was hey?

To finish up the month I have two Zoom calls booked and then a GLORIOUS four weeks at home whereas I mentioned above if you are thinking of booking any FULL reads do it in June as I am not booking any office reads in July and August. I have too many shows to do and on the days in between I relax 😊 Well my relaxation style usually consists of catching up on things around the home.

I hope you enjoy my Spiritual column [see below] this month. It is a column on how I feel will help others. Enjoy the vegan dessert as that is quick and simple to do. [ see below] Pay attention to the movements of the planets [see below] and use the void of course times to meditate.

I almost forgot LOL. I will not bore you with all the items I bought but groceries came to $331.98 this month. However, since the St Albert market opens soon, and fresh vegetables are what I prefer I have been cooking up all the dried beans and creating either white or curried rice and then adding in the frozen vegetables that I stocked up for in the winter. Then freezing these meals that I will bring to the shows and making sure I create fresh salads for lunch etc. Luckily, I love to cook and enjoy that time in the kitchen. I also prepared the monthly green juice that I freeze so that I have that VERY important nutrition as soon as I wake up.

And as I close this month’s chat ENJOY June. Wake up every day wanting to get up. If you do not feel that way, then recreate your life to bring that feeling to you. Meditation is the most powerful tool as long as you walk through the doors when the Universe opens them. If not, the Universe will offer the gifts to someone else who is ready for the change. I know as it happened to me and I joyfully walked through, did the work, and kept moving on to the next doors until I knew I had reached the point of paradise and could relax.

Until next month I send positive thoughts out to the Universe, so they bounce back into my life 😊

I did not write this column. A friend sent it to me and it will be the last time I write about the ridiculousness that went on as a test of the further control you will all be subjected to in the future. I cannot believe those who succumbed just because they wanted to do something!! I call them cowards or stupid. OR because everyone else did it????? I left all the comments on the photos in this article BUT :) sadly the way the back of the website is designed I would have to add a text box each time I wanted a photo inserted. So I added two but here is the link that you can hit to see all of the pics plus read the article there if you prefer. CLICK HERE> PICS FOR THIS ARTICLE. :)

The pandemic is officially over. Now what?

Now that WHO and the United States government have declared the "pandemic" over, we have some things to talk about here besides the rising tide. The silence (and the noise) is deafening. One-way aisles in supermarkets. Many photos in this article are in my series of “the stupidest mitigation measures ever” series. Photo by Eric Francis.

We were promised the apocalypse. The ‘pandemic’ ended not with a bang, but a whimper.

Dear Friend and Reader:

LAST WEEK, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. federal government, acting in unison, quietly declared an official end to what they claimed 1,150 days earlier was a global pandemic.

There have been no celebrations, no collective sigh of relief, no clanking of pots and pans at 7 pm, and no shared acknowledgment of what we went through. No moment of reflection. Has anyone apologized to anyone for accusing them of being a murderer?

We have yet to reckon with the pain that this massive, induced crisis caused for so many people, and is still causing. We have yet to admit the damage that it inflicted, and most of all, have not admitted the new world order of the “biosecurity state” that it represents.

Even if you think there was a real disease, most would agree that it was horribly exploited and overblown and that Big Pharma and Big Tech made out Big Time.

We succumbed to living in a society where people have no rights and where we believed that mere state governors could make “law” by fiat — martial law.

Sadly, all the things done in the name of protecting you have stitched you and your children deeper into the digital prison and conditioned you to distrust, fear, avoid and even hate your neighbors and your relatives. What was presented as helpful has left us all residents of a more isolated, paranoid, angry, and desperate world.

And there are many, many people who regret having taken the injections. They will have to live with that decision and its potential effects for the rest of their lives. There is nowhere I know of to go for reliable information about how to detox. There must be. We must address this necessity, as a community, if health and healing mean anything at all.

We don’t even know what was in the shots. Social distancing for cars, Kingston Point Beach, summer 2020. Among the three stupidest “mitigation” measures ever. Photo by Eric Francis.

Beyond the Claimed Death Toll

Any death threat gets an emotional reaction from people. It is designed to terrify.

As the old expression goes, “Death works.”

The data cited by the (hedge fund-owned) corporate media claim that about 1 in 300 Americans died of “covid-19” over about three years. That is a statistic; people lost loved ones during this crisis. Yet once the statistic is subjected to a review of the actual data, it does not check out.

First of all, there was no test for a virus or infection. Never, at any time. The government itself admits the PCR — that is, the “test” — cannot do that.

Most of those who died were at or near the age of life expectancy. The CDC’s own data (first released in early 2020 and consistent since that time) confirms that the vast majority of “covid” deaths suffered from an average of four unrelated serious chronic diseases.

The claimed death rate is based on a statistical maneuver — the same one that I learned from investigating the conduct of Monsanto in the 1990s: in two words, recategorized deaths.

I’m aware many people think I’m either crazy or out of my depth for asking these questions and for observing these facts. I covered science long before I was an astrologer, and then spent much of my astrology career interviewing astronomers and investigating astrophysics. I strive to truly understand what I write about.

My questions deserve answers — for you, not just for me.

To Wit: Answer Me This

Why did excess deaths begin only after the emergency was declared? That’s like a fire starting after the Fire Department has arrived on the scene. Who called them would matter in that case.

Why were there excess deaths in only 16 of the 50 United States, and none in Canada? This points to a health policy problem, not a viral pathogen. If New York City was the epicenter of a contagious outbreak, the suburbs should have been devastated by commuters, packed into busses and trains well into the crisis, playing the role of hapless disease vectors (killing grandma).

No such thing happened here, not by the numbers, and not on the ground.

Among my reporting tactics was listening to an EMS scanner nearly around the clock for months, starting in February 2020, through the peak of the crisis and beyond. The most I can tell you for sure was I heard the phrase “respiratory precautions advised” used a lot. Then it wasn’t.

In November 2020, just before the injection came out, the claimed “covid” hospitalization rate in New York State dropped to below 1 in 10,000 people. It was decreasing by the day — not increasing. My numbers came from being on the governor’s press list, sent out nightly by the Executive Chamber.

Just then, a new crisis was declared, Gov. Andrew Cuomo ordered restaurants and gyms shut after 10 pm, then other states and Canada followed the policy. People were made ready for the one-and-only “solution” (to the fear) — the government injection — which came out weeks later.

In my view, it’s far worse that people were killed by official policy and the behavior of medical professionals than by an alleged virus. Not everyone agrees. It’s much more convenient and tidy to blame the virus and assume we all did the right thing and the government acted in good faith. The alternative is way too scary.

The Total Takeover by Government

Most people don’t need a lot of government in their lives. They pay their taxes, they pay their parking tickets, they drive reasonably, and don’t brandish weapons or commit crimes. A few people get to see the planning board or meet with the mayor about an issue.

What exactly do you need to be told to do by government authority? If you were to make a list, it would be extremely short, or perhaps a blank sheet of paper.

Then, suddenly, we had the all-powerful bureaucratic hand pushing us everywhere, all the time. We came within permanent view of the omniscient eye watching and stalking our every step. In 2020, “test, track, and trace” became a mantra — except there was no test. And we are still being tracked and traced.

It’s horrid — in my opinion, and I hope yours — that the government conned, forced, and infiltrated its way so deeply into the most personal facets of our lives that there were even attempts to ban Thanksgiving and Christmas. In England, a place slightly more perverse than the United States, people were prohibited from meeting their friends in their private gardens, while government officials partied hearty — mask-free.

Parents were divided from their children by government policy and propaganda. Lifelong friendships ended over “booster shots.”

Proms, weddings, picnics, civic gatherings, and funerals were all made illegal. Schools and campuses all closed. Legislative houses locked the public out. The nation’s traditionally open courts went underground. Major TV programs were broadcast from the host’s spare room. Holy shit this must be fucking serious.

Salad bars, restaurants, cafes, and public bathrooms were shut down. Live music stopped nearly everywhere.

Careers were destroyed, and livelihoods lost or sacrificed — the most outrageous being medical professionals and first responders who survived 2020 just fine only to be fired in 2021 for refusal to comply with a forced, untested mystery injection. Of which I have read that 10 billion were used on the world population.

Thousands of churches closed. But the teaching of Christianity and of Jesus personally is to tend to the sick, not to shun them. Photo by Eric Francis.

A Virus Allegedly More Powerful than God Almighty

All businesses that took SBA loans were driven into debt, leveraged against the owner’s homes.

Where is the discussion of this? Where is the thirst for justice?

Communities purportedly devoted to worshiping an almighty loving God were scattered over the claim of a disease. Most of those were Christian churches, which worship a deity said to have healed the sick, raised the dead, and to have personally transcended death.

Then there was the censorship. Some, but obviously not all, people who believed in the virus and the pandemic and who got the shot were outraged that anyone who had a contrary view was banned from the discussion. (My father was one of them.)

How ridiculous was this? I was banned from YouTube for four months in late 2022 for mentioning the word “monkeypox” in an astrology interview.

Yet mostly, this disturbing trend of censorship was given not just a pass but a green flag. After all, if you questioned the government, you wanted to kill Grandma. Forget that the government was the one doing just that — keeping her isolated from her family and friends in a nursing home.

The coffee bar at Mother Earth’s in Kingston was closed for more than two years. It and the salad bar (the only one for miles around) finally opened in 2022. Photo by Eric Francis.

The Many Shocks to Existence

There are other issues. If we focus only on the claimed death rate — which was the emotional trigger and the “selling point” for the crisis — we are not looking at the agony driving increased suicide, drinking, domestic violence, poverty, overdoses, and endless disruptions to family and social life — and grief over the people killed.

Then there was the shock to people who were just barely clinging to their routines. Then there is inflation, driving food costs through the ceiling.

That society is ignoring these persistent problems is deeply distressing. But there is something else.

My observation is that a great many otherwise functional people have been distracted from their personal development. Many have abandoned the very idea. In fact, the concept of spiritual existence, of growth, and of functional community, all seem to have evaporated into the digital haze.

The highly addictive digital environment is rapidly consuming the interior space of personal, private human existence. Anyone who thinks you can do “therapy” via SMS text message is an idiot.

Borrowing a notion from Carl Jung, spirit (meaning booze) has taken over spiritual reality. Today, the prevailing intoxicant is measured in bandwidth. For addicts, the substance consumes their whole notion of themselves, their inner life, and their relationships.

There is some meek discussion of “wellness” and “fitness” and “nutrition” — but not of the meaning of these things. We talk about empowerment, not vulnerability. There is some minimal discussion of “healing” — but not of healing the fragile trust that was destroyed by this whole mess.

I have heard no serious discussion of the damage done to an entire generation of children, taught to be terrified of their friends, and told they could, yes, kill grandma. What if she died? Will they drag that with them for lifetimes?

A Troubled Evolution: The Solution Is Not Political

Sting said, there is no political solution to a troubled evolution. (He got the shot.)

As you may know, I’ve been covering “health freedom” issues and all the surrounding science and politics every day for the past three years. I’ve done this not only from my office or the press box but from the dugout and the playing field — on the ground, here in New York, where so much has happened.

Those challenging claims and policies of public officials have shaken out into two camps, one very large and powerful, and very one small, dedicated and persistent.

The small, persistent group has done the work on issues with the existence of “SARS-CoV-2,” the fraudulent PCR test, and challenging the theory that “germs” jump between people and cause disease.

They have evaluated every study claiming that viruses exist and cause disease. Once you actually “follow the science,” as in reading it, you’re not exactly left feeling confident the studies actually prove what they claim. I am being polite. It’s perfectly outrageous that you find no proof whatsoever of contagion or causation. All that’s left is fear.

I have provided an easy map to the groups and individuals who have done the very best work. I have published my own extended investigation here. I know personally and have interviewed ALL of the people I write about in the article I link to, and have confirmed their methods and their findings.

Sharing their work with you means I am vouching for them. I have suggested that the fall of germ theory raises more questions than answers. Those advocating for better healthcare and health education have their work cut out for them, as every disease and condition must now be re-evaluated.

Except that, no government can provide a scientific paper proving that the claimed virus exists. You have a right to be angry about this. Photo by Eric Francis.

Lab Release and Gain of Function — Really?

The other side of this standoff has latched onto the “lab release theory” and the idea of “gain of function,” meaning the government intentionally making the virus worse.

That used to be called a conspiracy theory. If you suspected the lab release of an enhanced virus in 2020 or 2021, you were a paranoid moron and deserved to be de-platformed — that is, to have your social media (meaning social) privileges stripped. Many people did.

The leading influencer of this viewpoint is Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., who is now running for president. Kennedy pays people money and favors to spread disinformation on the internet, several of whom I have interviewed. They cling to germ theory and tell us over and over that SARS-CoV-2 leaked from a government lab.

They say they’re upset about the “mismanaged pandemic.”

We know who the bad guys are!

We finally got them!

They let it out of a jar and also needed to manage it better.

And meantime those who have done the work on the missing virus problem, in the minds of the lab leak brigade, verge on being criminals. They are shut out of the discussion. When have we heard of this before?

If there was a lab release of an enhanced virus, show me the lab, show me the virus, show me how it got out, and show me the part about it being so especially deadly that nearly every “infected” person did not even get sick.

Yes, I know, I live in “The Show Me State.” Every day, all the time.

I would like to know who calculated the safe number of occupants in the Hudson River as being exactly 112? What if half of them were “infected”? Photo by Eric Francis

Follow the Leader. Espouse (not Expose) the Lies!

Now we are supposed to all get behind Kennedy for another episode of unity at all costs; we are to “believe” what the charismatic powerful (or rich) guy says, even if it’s not true. Just forget what you have learned, at whatever cost, and put your trust in the government — the same government he recently said killed his father in 1968 (during a presidential run).

Kennedy and his many minions have outright censored or dissembled the problems with virus existence, the test, and germ theory. They ban the discussion or bailout. They go the extra step and ban the people who want to have the discussion. So much for free speech.

More people are latching on to the lab release and “gain of function” every day — including many who actually do understand the depth of the problems with RFK’s position on the claimed pandemic.

So we are back to “following the leader” and accepting bald lies in the name of the “greater good.” We are back to censorship if we ever left. And worst, division is being fomented and we, all of us, are encouraged to fight one another instead of dealing with actual problems.

By the way, this is not about two sides not agreeing. It’s about them having entirely different foundations in consciousness and ethics.

The Professor of Propaganda Studies

This week, I received an email from a prominent professor and public figure who has received substantial funding from Kennedy. His academic specialties include studying propaganda.

He was and is upset — extremely upset — that I am not throwing out my own journalistic findings and going along with the program. He was outraged that I would question the views of writers and other figures who are making plainly deceptive claims to the public.

Read what the professor of propaganda studies wrote to me:

“This kind of thing is not just wrong but will do far more damage to the health freedom movement than anything [a certain writer] has done, or, for that matter, anything that Bobby’s doing, either. This is shameful. Take it back, or take me off your list.”

He’s threatening to cancel his free subscription?

Was it something I said?

The “movement” he references is rallying around a lie — and by this proposition, one must take part, or else be ashamed to stand in one’s hard-earned truth. Ashamed? Come on. Have we learned nothing from all this?

Unmasking the Masked — Portraits. No. 07." Photo by Lanvi Nguyen.

The Sincere Quest for Truth is All That Matters

Personal development is the quest for the truth. Growth is based on honoring the truth. Sane relationships are about being honest. Peace of mind is about being honest with oneself.

Whether we are talking about inner or outer truth is irrelevant. It’s the approach to reality that counts.

So I say to the professor: sorry to disappoint you buddy, but I am not going to lie to my readers and betray the public trust to support your political candidate, whose payroll you are on. That is your karma, not mine.

Where do you — you to whom I am writing — stand? Do you dare to ask the difficult questions, and strive to make the difficult changes— or do you solve the whole problem by choosing a plausible story, or looking the other way?

Do you dare consider the reality of issues that might make you unpopular?

Yes, mere sincerity these days is confrontational. Keeping one’s sanity as the madness increases is a constant challenge. This is where we find ourselves. We are participating in the sum total of all of human history.

Where do we go from here?

May the strong survive.

Cat Costs:

So, this month it was time to get kitty litter. Three boxes at the cost of $94.47. I also bought a grooming glove as I could not find hers/ And of course lol as soon as I bought it what showed up? Hers that in all honesty, I had looked in that place at least five times. Ghosts 😊 Glove was $16.79 and her treats were $13.64. Next, I decided to see if she would use the litter box with pee pads in it. Why? The kitty litter sticks to her paws, and I find myself consistently having to brush off kitty litter in my bed as it sheds from her paws. I cashed in my treat points so the box of 10 only came to $2.61. Lastly, I bought tinned and raw food for her and that came to $187.12.

A great friend of mine gave me two big bags of dry food that she eats so that has saved me quite a bit 😊

The Total cost for May was $314.63

That is for one cat, as I feel I must remind people who are thinking of getting one. I am very lucky that as she ages, she is one of the rare cats that has stayed in GREAT health. 😊 I attribute this to good food, her daily exercise, and never having had any vaccines. Plus, the HUGE amount of love, I give her.

If you are thinking of getting a pet please know that from the cute stage, they grow with a personality to the adult stage. Animals feel unconditional love from their souls. They get attached and used to their homes. If you cannot give up 12-18 years and maybe longer,

do NOT  get a pet. It is not a companion till you find a mate, have a child, decide to move to an apartment that will not allow pets, it is a life companion. They also need dental care, checkups, and GOOD food. Not this cheap, no-nutrient food that I see so many people buy. Your pets will suffer later just as you would if all you ate was junk.

Look at rescue places for loving animals. These pets will not only be grateful, it's almost like they know you saved them and love and adore you for it. Think before you add to your life. Can you give this type of commitment? If the answer is yes then enjoy looking for your new companion. Think older if you can, for some reason, older pets are harder to re-home and they are much sadder as they wait not knowing what it was they did to be removed from their homes.

 VcToria's Vegan Kitchen
panna cotta (1).jpg

1 ¾ cup of plant-based milk. I use Silk Next Milk whole. [Kind of new to the market and AWESOME in taste]

1 tin of coconut milk. [Be careful that you do not use cheap brands as they have no taste at all] I use AROY-D

3 tablespoons of white granulated sugar. [I tried with my raw sugar, and it was not the same]

½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

½ teaspoon of agar agar. I like mine silky in texture as a panna cotta should be but if you want it thicker then use another ½ teaspoon of agar agar.

Before I place these ingredients in a pot, I place them in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Then over to the pot on the stove. Heat over medium heat till it reaches a ‘SIMMER’. Do NOT boil. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Pour the liquid into muffin tins or any container at all. 😊 Place it in the fridge and in a few hours, you can eat it, or leave it till the next day.

I LOVE it by itself but if you like you can blend some fresh raspberries and cover the pudding. Or use real maple syrup. You decide 😊

NEXT MONTH: Mushroom Risotto

VcToria's Spiritual Advice

Last month I chose to start this column with meditation. The most powerful tool to use to change the emotions, energy, and whatever else we have chosen to program our inner selves with.

This month I have chosen to cover suicide. Before I go on, I am not a doctor or medical person of any sort. I hold no degrees and am NOT handing out any type of medical advice. That is my disclaimer.

The person choosing this exit must feel that all around them life as it appears is not creating what they feel from inside that they want. Most of the time these feelings come from another whose actions have created the choice the suicidal person is now feeling. The first thing I always say to people is “Do not let another person’s actions create your own actions”.  And yes, that is hard but not impossible. You must change the way you think and perceive. Energy can never be destroyed; it can only be reshaped and reprogrammed.  And that is all we are ‘energy beings’. Once our physical bodies expire the energy keeping it alive moves on. How we have used that energy moves us higher into the light so to speak.

A story: My best friend shot herself in the head at the age of 21. She had tried many times before that to take her life. We always lived near each other and back in 1976/77 we both lived in LaSalle, Montreal, Quebec. She lived a block behind me. At the time she lived with a fellow named Gaetan. However, her emotional state in any relationship was very hard for any man to understand. Thus, Gaetan moved out. Luckily and I say luckily because what was NOT to be was only because I was out with my other friends that night. Unbeknownst to me at the time my best friend I’ll call D [although I write about her in my book Then Now and Forever by VcToria Gray-Cobb] took a ton of valium and then came over to my house with the intention of asking to sleep in the spare bedroom. Thus, I say luckily as I was out. Then she walked back home where by then the valium was taking effect very quickly and she passed out on her front steps where someone called an ambulance, and she was rushed to the hospital and had her stomach pumped.

When she related this to me a few days later I was appalled. I said to her “You mean I would have found you dead the next day in my home”. There were other times she tried until once again a relationship with a fellow named David created emotions she could not handle and this time she used a gun.

BUT I truly believe that you must come back to the place you need to fight through and until you do you are not moving to the higher light.

To add pain to this action comes from those you leave behind. The daughter that she left behind was around two years old at the time. When this daughter was around six, I had taken her out while visiting her father. We went somewhere [I think the mall] where there was a wishing well fountain-like thing. I said to her “throw a penny in and make a wish”. She then turned to me in all innocence and said “can a wish bring back dead people”. I leave those words to sink into anyone who is thinking of exiting.

Today this daughter, here in the physical world has a daughter herself who I swear is a reincarnation of D.  ALL the emotions I watched in D are in this reincarnation of her. This child would have been D’s granddaughter if she had lived. But she chose to exit, and I am sure is back to try again.

Moving on to lives taken by oneself is a spiritual movement as it takes you to the place where you now know what/why/how the mystery of life is created. Why you chose to be here, who you are, and what it is you felt. This I do not claim to have 100% knowledge of as I cannot recall any past life deaths/exits that are now in my memory recall. BUT I trust in belief. I look around and see the colors of the creations of life, green for grass, blue for the sky, the GORGEOUS sunsets and so much more. I think about the fact that we sit in the energy of life and have been created to exist here, yet if we go 200 feet above the clouds, we cannot breathe. We are created perfectly to exist on a small planet that does not burn out, does not get hit by other planets or rocks from out space, etc., etc.

With all the perfection around us, I choose to believe that we have a purpose so I trust that this purpose will enlighten me and those who try. We are created as perfectly as nature so there is no need to change that.

Our emotions though are our own to feel. What one feels inside another can only sympathize but not feel the ‘exact’ turmoil’.

We must try to understand before going deeply into a state of no return that ‘perhaps’ we will have to come back and repeat, repeat, repeat. So why would we choose this exit?

I have known many who chose to exit. My story above was only one of many. I know of many people who know of many who have exited before their time by their own hands. I know many physical bodies have been devasted by their actions and continue to feel the pain.

I also know those who tried and failed and today are incredibly thankful they failed.

One cannot deny that to take one’s own life must be complete despair for the person who does follow through. Yet, the despair is in the ‘now’. The moment of time. Many of us will never feel that despair but for those of us who have, or those of us who will I say, ‘think about the purpose and the fact that ‘perhaps’ you are repeating an action you have to work through.

Meditation is a POWERFUL tool to get you through these emotions. Without going into another long story please know that I have had the pleasure of meeting people who took my advice and have come back and said to me ‘it stopped me from taking my own life’.

I choose to leave my words on suicide as just this. Please think before you create an emotional energy action in any sort of action. Not only will it hurt those around you that you leave you must see it as ‘why’? Ask the Universe to help and the power from beyond will step forward. I know as it has happened to me. Thank You for reading and if it only helps one person then I am glad I wrote it.
