And on another crazy fast-moving month where I was home for most of it. My FAVORITE time is summer.
So, first June 1st I set up in Camrose with my two faithful helpers that I hired. Another amazing show and yes, I will return next year.
Then a couple of day’s off where I enjoyed watching the birds feed off the bird feeder. Watched the Moon and stars at night. Finished one of my books, that funnily enough I had put aside as I could not get into it. Quite surprising as it was a David Baldacci book. Last Man Standing. However, this time around I kept reading and got caught up in the action and kind of wondered at the end why I had struggled getting into to a couple of years ago 😊 Then I ordered Simply Lies one of his new books and that took me through to almost the end of June. Just ordered three more books yesterday and am about to start a Vince Flynn book. I fitted in some Netflix and watched Extraction and Extraction 2 one after each other 😊
Reads were plentiful whether they were in person, Zoom or phone I had plenty. When you have been doing shows as long as I have you either build your clientele or not!! And if not LOL then I would know that this choice of work was not for me. But the Universes shows me EVERY day that I am on the correct path and literally rewards me daily for the effort I put out with the Universal energy. 😊
My grandson turned 24 years of ago on June 11th. We went out for supper at Cactus and then shopping for his gift that upgraded his video game player thing to a PS5. Yes, he was happy and loves to play live video games with a bunch of people.
On June 16th I had invited some students/friends from my Zoom class over for a Indian vegan buffet. I started preparing that on the 14th with two dishes per day. From this I am doing the next 5 months under the Vegan Kitchen column [see below] with each dish. Indian food is cheap, easy, and tasty. My guests showed up each with a bottle of wine, AND my all fave, a bottle of black sambuca. I too had added two bottle of wine to the supper. I can only assume they liked/loved the food as each of them went back for seconds. Five dishes in all, with two types of rice and panna cotta for dessert 😊
Then the following day I had a fabulous house party at 1pm. But better yet, once I googled the address to my great delight it was around the corner from my natural pet store that I buy China's food from. So, I was able to not only work but also save myself a trip two days later as the house party ended earlier enough for me to whip over and buy 59 tins of cat food. See below under Cat Costs 😊
Two more wonderful days off that I ended up cooking another batch of meals and oh by the way I had made so much food for my guests that I had 15 more meals from the leftovers to freeze for upcoming days when cooking is not on my radar 😊. I have over 100 meals now in the freezer and have no plans to cook any more. However, I am planning on cooking all the dried beans that are still in jars and freezing them so a quick meal can be had by adding veggies to a pot and the beans 😊 I do LOVE to cook. I also made a vegan meat and veggie pie that was to die for. I kid you not.
Talking about food my grocery bill came in a little higher than most months as I stocked up on some items. For the month $551.54. That does not include the $84 I gave to Jackie for bringing me a box of truffle popcorn from the USA nor does it include the two bottle of wine that came to $27.40 for the buffet dinner. BUT 😊 other than my green juice items I will buy mid July I hope with all the food I have prepared that next month my bill will be much less. We shall see.
AND!! I finally found time to go shopping with all my gift cards from my b’day and Christmas 😊 I bought bird seed, and BEST of all some great rubber boots at Canadian Tire. Funny story here. Every year I put on crocs to mow the lawn, weed etc. Every year I get some sort of splinter and usually am able to take them out. Last year in between my little toe and the next toe I developed a VERY sore blister type thing. I mean it was sore. Really ruined my walks etc. I tried soaking it in Epson salts, creams, erasing it down with toe sandpaper thingy and nothing worked. It kept returning. Now if you know me, I do NOT back up the health system at all. It takes a LOT to get me to a doctor as I find most things clear up, [IE: a cold, bruises, coughs etc.] but this toe would not heal. SO!! In November of last year, I made an appointment and lo and behold when she got out her magnifying glass she exclaims “oh you have a corn" and goes off and gets some tools. Comes back and scrapes down the corn and then says, “you have a TINY black thing in it”. And I mean it was tiny. I thanked her and left. It never came back. That TINY splinter in my toe caused a corn [that I had never experienced before] and the removal of it relieved all pain plus the corn. I often wonder how many people’s corns are caused by splinters that they are unaware of now. And that long story LOL was simply to let you know why I bought GREAT rubber boots to mow the lawn, weed and literally any time I go into my yard to do anything I put them on. They are extremely comfortable.
I also bought seeds for the garden and now have peas, cucumbers, kale, rhubarb, asparagus and shallots growing. I bought another 3-prong plug, a rubber thing to cover the shower plug so my feet soak as I shower 😊 [I am not a big bath fan] some cookware, and I still have about $100 left on The Bay GC. I will shop with that in September when things quieten down in my work life 😊
Next my buddy Jackie who is also a vegan came into town for a work/visit. She stayed with me for two nights and one of those days we headed down to the Vegan Fest that is held yearly at Borden Park. Ate meatball subs, Caesar salad, plant-based ice cream, and Jackie had mini donuts, [I do not like donuts] lemonade, listened to a planet-based speaker, music etc. Then headed home and Jackie brought me back a meal from Padmanadi. PLUS!! A box of popcorn that is not sold in Canada that I had asked her to bring me. A box of a ton of bags of truffle popcorn 😊 Now I am set for movies 😊
Then China went to see my vet. Why? When I went to my friend Janice’s house in May for lunch, I asked her about gingivitis on cats. China’s gums have some red lines on them above her teeth and one sore looking tooth at the back. Based on the fact she is twenty in October I do not feel good about having her put under anesthesia. Janice is in rescue so I knew if there was anything on the market she would know. Not only did she know, but she gave me a little jar with some liquid in it called Chlorhexidine Gluconate Liquid. AND!! Of course, you have to have your cat seen by a vet to obtain this great working fluid. Because it did work. It cleared up a lot of the red. Not totally but enough.
My vet was on vacation but on the 24th we were able to see her. She feels the tooth at the very back of China’s mouth on the left side should come out. I have to think about it. If she died under anesthesia, I would never forgive myself. But I did get the prescription filled. THEN!! China got the nicest compliment. My vet has always gushed over her coat and her health. But this time she asked me “how sure are you about China's age”? I replied, “well I found her crying in a parking lot July 7th, 2004”. I then took her to a vet to see if she was chipped etc. At that time, I was told she was about 6-8 months. But for sure I have had her nineteen years.” My vet replied “if you just came in here and said what do you think of my new cat, I would have checked her out and said what a nice cat of about 14 years old “. YUP!! Chinas heart is fine, her coat is awesome and as I have said before she is loved dearly and has never had a vaccine. 😊 She would not allow blood to be drawn though. She warned them twice and I stopped it. I will bring in a sample of pee shortly and that should suffice for a protein check. However, I always say ‘she is 20, let her live in peace and if she gets sick then I will think about her quality of life then’.
Lastly, my month wrapped up with my granddaughter back from Europe with her beau who both came to Edmonton for three days. On the 25th my grandson, granddaughter and her beau and my son went down to Watari for Japanese food. They have a vegan menu there so everyone can eat. Its all you can eat for one price, so we feasted. 😊 I also had my one glass of plum wine that is a staple with my meal at Watari 😊
And with that the end of the month is almost here. I have two more bookings in my appointment book and then I plan to CHILL until Lloydminster.
The lawn is mowed, the house is cool, and my new couch and new TV will be delivered in two days. More on that next month. The birds are singing, the flowers are blooming, each day I work for an hour in the garden and of course take my daily walk BUT!!!!!!! Jupiter has been transiting through my first house. Now this is one thing I warn my clients about LOL. Where Jupiter sits it will expand that house meaning. And when he transits through the first house you need to watch the weight. YES!! Have I taken my own advice. NO!! I was very diligent about getting down to 140lbs. THEN!! April is my b’day [cake, meals etc.] May is Mothers Day and son’s b’day [cake and more cake] He always get me a huge vegan cake. Then outings with friends, more eating, then my LOVE of cooking [more eating and tasting LOL] then the vegan ice cream I SO love makes an appearance in my freezer and the pounds crept back on. Sadly that 10 lbs that I diligently worked off now sits once again on my skeleton. 😊 THUS!!! As the back-to-back shows start, I will diligently TRY lol to remove the fat again. The good news is that by July 14th Jupiter will be in my 2nd house 😊 [that brings an expansion of money and knowing via Numerology I am in my gambling year I can HOPE 😊] Having chit chatty conversations with the Angels on that one 😊 BUT!! I am always told via my meditations that ‘I will always be OK”. This I know, BUT still 😊
And so, I wrap up Chat and know that I am working on August and September Newsletters now so that even if Chat is short those months the other content will all be there.
Have an AWESOME July and take the time to show gratitude towards the Universe. After all, one day you will not be here and if you have not said ‘thank you’ daily perhaps ungratefulness will not be a welcome energy on the other side called ‘your true home’. Just sayin’ 😊 I am not risking NOT saying those two words daily. “Thank You”.

I was truly tossing and churning in my mind to decide what to write about as I have three things that I had to choose from. This one popped up unexpectedly so here goes 😊Why is Ukraine not here?

It is the most interesting website if you wish to keep up with the actual buying and selling of war machines that are being bought with all our tax monies. There is so much to view on this website that will truly make your head spin that all I can say is this. Take a peek and slowly go though it and look at the pictures.

NOW!! This excerpt from this website that mysteriously was removed was/is their predictions on the population in 2025. Noting what our PM is trying to do with sanctions of Russia etc. etc. we have to wonder by 2025 [our election year] if he is trying to make this come true.

What amazes me is the population of China and Russia!! Keep in mind this was put on the website in 2019!!! Take it however you want but I showed this to a friend of mine when we had chosen to go out during the fake ‘plandemic’ to picnic in a park. I said at that time “look do you think we are going to war?”
Now my problem with a war is this. It is the ONLY thing you cannot insure your home for. If your house is bombed than you lose it all. Yes, I checked with my insurance as I am prone to doing this before I make comments. 😊
I only post this out of interest to those who keep trying to point out the freedom we are losing, the freedom of speech and so much more that is being accepted by mainly the youth today.
I feel people need to wake up and stop being sheep.

CAT COSTS
Heading into my busy season so I stocked up till the end of July with tinned food. Cost for 59 tins of food was $231.50 and I bought some Churu treats at $11.50.
Her vet visit that I spoke about above was $137.35. No raw food needed nor kitty litter.
The Total cost for June and this coming month July was $378.35
That is for one cat I might remind people who are thinking of getting one. I am very lucky that as she ages, she is one of the rare cats that has stayed in GREAT health. 😊 I attribute this to good food, her daily exercise, and never having had any vaccines. Plus, the HUGE amount of love, I give her.
If you are thinking of getting a pet please know that from the cute stage, they grow with a personality to the adult stage. Animals feel unconditional love from their souls. They get attached and used to their homes. If you cannot give up 12-18 years and maybe longer, do NOT get a pet. It is not a companion till you find a mate, have a child, or decide to move to an apartment that will not allow pets, it is a companion for life. They also need dental care, checkups, and GOOD food. Not this cheap, no-nutrient food that I see so many people buy. Your pets will suffer later just as you would if all you ate was junk.
Look at rescue places for loving animals. These pets will not only be grateful, it's almost like they know you saved them and love and adore you for it. Think before you add to your life. Can you give this type of commitment? If the answer is yes then enjoy looking for your new companion. Think older if you can, for some reason, older pets are harder to re-home and they are much sadder as they wait not knowing what it was they did to be removed from their homes.

Mushroom Risotto
TIP: The easiest way to cook is to put all the ingredients out on the counter and then weigh and separate them before starting to cook. Read the recipe. If spices are all going to be added at the same time take a bowl and measure or weigh them out. If liquids need cups etc. take jugs and make sure they are created. Chop all the veggies. Line them up and follow the recipe 😊
Ingredients
2 vegan bouillon cubes dissolved in 4 cups of hot water OR use 4 cups of mushroom broth. [I buy that at Save on foods] I prefer the 4 cups of mushroom broth.
2 cups of dried porcini mushrooms [also available at save on foods]
2 tablespoons of olive oil

¼ cup of vegan butter
1lb mixed mushrooms roughly chopped.
1 teaspoon sea salt [I only use Himalayan seas salt in my home]
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 large yellow onion finely chopped.
2 garlic cloves or 2 teaspoons of garlic from a jar. [I use the jar kind]
1 ½ cups of risotto rice [Look at the package it will say this on it]
1 tablespoon of soy sauce [I use Braggs]
1 tablespoon of white miso paste
¼ cup of plant-based milk

I own an Instant Pot and found this to be perfect for cooking this in. If you do not own one use a large pot on the stove.
Dissolve the bouillon cubes OR just place the dried mushrooms [dried ONLY] in the liquid. Put aside.
Press ‘sauté’ on your Instant Pot. On the stove use medium heat. Add olive oil and butter. When melted add the fresh mushrooms [NOT the liquid batch]

Cook for about 5-10 minutes till golden brown. Add the chopped onion, garlic. Stir and cook till the onions are soft.
Add soy sauce and miso paste. Stir. Add rice, porcini mushrooms, and all the liquid. Stir and close the Instant Pot and the pressure valve. Hit ‘pressure Cook’ and set it for 5 minutes.

STOVE TOP: Cover and lower heat for 25 minutes or so till the rice is cooked.
Instant POT: After the pressure cook of 5 minutes release the steam. Remove the lid and stir. Add plant-based milk and if you wish to add a vegan cheese do so at this point. Stir till creamy. Serve hot.

Before I write this column for this months Newsletter, I wish to point out it is not written with prejudice. We are born with free will BUT somewhere inside of us our energy speaks. That is called intuition sometimes, and other times recall of previous lives that we have yet to understand.
Think about this. Why are we attracted to people on sight? Why are we drawn to artwork? Colors? Why are we afraid of cats? Spiders? Driving? Deep water? Heights? And all the things we feel? It comes from many past lives. And so I speak of our sex that we are born into. And again in case anyone is skimming 😊 I am NOT judging, as far as I am concerned you can do whatever you like to your physical body. I am only writing what makes sense to many who cannot understand why the pull to be the opposite sex is so strong in some.
In my opinion and what many say when I tell them is ‘this make perfect sense’.
In many lifetimes you will have to come back to repeat whatever it is you need to get through. It may be suicide, [see last months column] it may be alcoholism or any other addiction and depending on how far it took you [IE many homeless people] it will determine how many
lifetimes it takes to get past this lesson. Thus, it may take 100 lifetimes. Now if with the free will we appear to have as we descend down here you have chosen the same sex EACH life time then once you FINALLY get past what is holding you back and move on you will only recall that sex when placed in the next life of new lessons. Thus, living in a female body when the past 100 life times were all in a male body is the
reason you feel out of place. Not comfortable with a vagina and breasts. The reason you are attracted to the same sex.
Now prior to the science and medical creations of being able to change a body it was not possible. I relate back to the ‘70’s. Today the operations creating this are possible. BUT?? Is it what you are supposed to do? or is it something you need to adjust to and feel comfortable? For as I said above if this is the first time you have chosen to live in a body of the opposite sex it would feel uncomfortable based upon the
soul remembrance of only being the other.
Let us compare ourselves to an apple seed? Interestingly enough when you sit and give deep thought to your original beginnings in this life,
you too were the same size as the apple seed. Inside the apple seed was/is that huge tree you see that gives what it was/is created to grow. Apples. Now inside that seed that your father placed within your mother lies the exact same map. Your destiny and creation of lessons and life that you have chosen with the free will BEFORE you arrived. If you follow that map life sorts out the lessons and so you move to a higher plateau. I always say to my clients “it will all make perfect sense at the end” 😊
BUT!! We are not at the end. So, if you give this great thought, we must learn to feel the emotion ‘trust’. The body has a PERFECT system.
Water, air, and food keeps it going and YOU and your actions create the stay we call life. Now whoever created the PERFECT UNIQUE balance gave you a DNA and fingerprints that are yours and only yours. Billions have been here before you and perhaps billions may still arrive. But whatever you may think you cannot deny we EACH have a unique identification that is ours and ours alone.
Thus, whoever created us must be VERY bored with what ails some. Like boredom, refusal to make changes when they know life makes no sense to them, using life as if it is here for them forever!!
I question people who stay stuck in ruts and will not allow themselves to shift. I feel sorry for them. Once the shift takes place the answers arrive. I know, as I have had to make HUGE changes for myself and myself alone.
But this is not about movements in life it is about the acceptance of what we freely chose to arrive and become. There are only two sexes in
all species that are non man-made. [until science creates another one LOL, but I digress]
Maybe, and just maybe, you must look at why would I have chosen this sex, not try to move yourself backwards and hold up the enlightened path. The path we are choosing to travel that is not possible unless we are in human form. I call it, as I said above ‘TRUST’.
Now as adults you can do as you choose. As children? No one can say that as you grow and have this desire to ‘fit in’ you are not easily manipulated. When I was young most people smoked. And most smoked because a] it was deemed ‘cool’ and b] because everyone did it.
Then we had the era, and still do, of tattoos and body piercings. How many people now are erasing their tattoos? Answer: A lot. Because it was cool to do when everyone else was. But as you age and take on your life and leave behind many childhood friends you realise that you did it because you wanted to fit in.
I use the above examples to say make sure you are an adult before making massive choices that cannot be reversed without a lot of scars, [inside and outside] and today much money.
There is an adult who is suing his parents right now for allowing him to change his sex when he was fourteen. He says ‘why did you allow me
to do it?’ Yes, at 14 most of us are gullible and easily manipulated by others.
There is the news interview of the mother who has a FIVE-YEAR-OLD daughter. She would not face the cameras in the interview [telling you something there] and says her FIVE YEAR female [daughter] tells her she is a boy and wants to become one. Now this interview took place a couple of months ago and the family lives in Texas. The laws there are not allowing sex changes. So, to make a long story short, as I am sure you could Google this story with keywords [IE: sex change, Texas, 5 year old etc.] the woman was asked what they would do now that they are going to allow her sex change and they cannot in Texas? Her answer?? “Well we might have to move but the decision will be up to our
daughter/son" [YUP!! The Five-year old] I kid you not.
I am not for or against what you choose to do with your sex, your body etc. But I do hold many messages from deep meditations, actions I
have taken to ensure myself that I do not repeat another life and much more that show me the seed you are birthed from has the EXACT
map of who you are supposed to be and where you are supposed to go. You need to listen to your emotions as they are the source of knowledge.
Keep in mind the family you and so many choose to use as an excuse NOT to make changes are only the souls you chose to play this role in
this life. Look to the lessons that you are being shown and then conquer them. Then move to the next lesson until peace, tranquility and
balance are the only emotions you feel. Then you know life is offered as a reward of enjoyment till you leave the physical and know the
answers as to why you chose to be here and created that journey 😊
When I was young, I would say in and around 14 years to 17 years old it was a ‘man’s’ world. Women were paid lower salaries, women were expected to make coffee and bring it to their bosses etc. etc. There were jobs that were ‘for men only’. There were taverns ‘for men only’.
I have always been exceptionally capable and often said to my female friends ‘I wish I was a male’. I could drive better than most men and still can 😊 [yes, I learnt to drive a stick [manual] at 14 years of age] and much of what I wanted to do was in a man’s corner. If these medical procedures were around at the time, I was 14 to 17 I would have chosen them for myself. BUT!! Today I am so happy to be female. It is one action I do not have to live with and regret it. Why? Because you have lessons to learn here with the sex you chose to come in with. As difficult as it maybe try to TRUST that we chose our sex for a reason. I KNOW that I chose the right path and conquered the obvious lessons once I opened my soul eyes 😊 and walked the path.
Today after each meditation I ask in my mind ‘am I doing the right life’ and I ALWAYS hear back ‘YES, just enjoy’.

Clearings: Do you need your home or office cleared of bothersome energies? VcToria offers clearings of all homes and offices in Edmonton. If you wish to have a home or office clearing and she is passing through your town she will stop to accommodate you. VcToria uses her Fathers' voice and direction to start the clearings. She then uses her energy, crystals, and smudging to clear and heal your home. You will also have a personal clearing.
